Words cannot describe how wonderful of a customer experience I had thanks to Allan, his manufacturer at DFW Glass & Auto, and team. After something smashed my windshield, I called him and he came out the very next day to fix it. It took him only 30 mins to repair and looks great. Really happy with the results of using DFW Glass Mart. I needed a new windshield and called them on a Monday. My at home appointment was on Tuesday afternoon. They showed up on time, did a great job of replacing the windshield and cleaning up the front dash. And best of all, offered me a reasonable and fair price. I recommend this place and will definitely use them in the future, if needed.

I especially like the fact that I was contacted by the service technician directly. He provided timely and accurate ETA updates . There was no need to play phone tag and pass messages via a secretary or dispatcher.

They under-promised and over-delivered! Arriving well ahead of the time quoted by more than an hour.

Professional and affordable! Received quotes from 3 different companies and DFW Glass Mart was the lowest for 2002 Buick Century front windshield, Alan was very nice, courteous, and professional. He came to where i work and called me 30 minutes ahead of time. He was very informative on details of how to take care of my windshield. I highly recommend them.

From the first phone call to request a quote to replace the windshield, which coincidentally was the lowest among the 8 companies which I called from the first page of my Google search, to the completion of the work I could not have asked for a better experience! 1st off,...best qualityAND/pricing!!! Still surprised and would recommend contacting b4 trying to get windshield "fixed" if have crack. The price WAS unbelievable compared to others. They not only got me fixed within 12hrs, they came to my apt and fixed Very fast. Extremely professional and nice guys. "It was literally faster than getting my tires rotated." Hopefully won't need another windshield soon, but if I do, DFW GLASS MART is definitely the place to call

The crew came out at 8:20 and they were done with the job by 9:35a! I contacted them the day before, in the evening, right after the accident. Reasonable price, very good job, I was more than satisfied with their work when they were done. My coworkers and I watched, in awe, at them replacing the windshield.

Excellent Service! I hope I never need glass repair again, but if I do I will quickly call DFW Glass Mart. My insurance company has a relationship with Safelite, so when I attempted to file a claim, they suggested I call them and schedule an appointment.
Safelite couldn't do the repair for over 1 week. That means I would have to use cardboard and tape to cover the hole for 7 whole days, inviting thieves to come back for seconds!
Additionally, Safelite quoted me a price that was 95% higher than DFW Glass Mart. I guess I was supposed to ride around with cardboard and tape for a week and
