I had Chimney Champions inspect a chimney on a home I recently purchased. It took several weeks to get an appointment but they arrived on time the date of the appointment. The technician was friendly but took less than 20 minutes to inspect the chimney ($299) then let me know it needed significant repairs and their office would send me an estimate/proposal for repairs.
They sent a proposal and "estimate" the next day but it only had a price for one of the numerous proposed fixes. I called the office and asked if it was a mistake, and she said no, they had to find out what the prices would be.

I had the 4 panel walls of my fireplace replaced. Kyle did a perfect job installing. I even asked him how to remove the fireplace doors for cleaning, & when he put them back on he made sure they were no longer upside-down (fireplace reface people installed them incorrectly), but tightened & straightened until they were just right. Every employee I’ve interfaced with has been kind & professional. Thank you!!

Chimney Champions was by far one of the best companies I have dealt with for my new home. They were very professional in all their interactions that I had with them, phone and email. The work they performed to repair my chimney was done exceptionally well. They would always call me to let me know when they were on their way and told me the time to expect them. I cannot recommend them enough for chimney inspections, cleaning and repair.

Everyone at Chimney Champions was so professional and wonderful! Laura is AMAZING. Truly the best customer service I've ever received. She will answer any questions you have and responded immediately. I basically did everything over email - incredible. The service from Aaron was top-notch. He helped me find a tarp to place over my chimney which was leaking while they made my new topper and spark arrestor. Polite and on time! My cleaning and repairs were done within less than two weeks. I recently had my chimney inspected and cleaned as well as a chimney chase cover and cap installed and fireplace panels replaced. I cannot express how wonderful every team member is at Chimney Champions! From the first phone call to the inspection and repair each person I was in contact with was extremely professional. They went above and beyond to help me through the process. A tarp was placed on my chimney to prevent more damage at the time of inspection. My repair was completed prior to the date that was promised.
