I had an issue with my Subzero refrigerator and Mike G came out to take a look and fix the issue. He was professional, empathetic and incredibly neat with our possessions. He is a very pleasant young man and you should be happy to have him in your employ. I just want to commend Steve who came out to look at our Bosch stove that was making a rattling noice.

Poor quality service; don’t recommend using this repair company. Should have requested service fee to be returned but didn’t expect any acknowledgement.
Tech intentionally attempted to replace a working part to drive up cost, until confronted.
Tech then suggested replacing main control board which they could arrange for $500-600. I had already sent board to repair service for $200 which worked perfectly after return.

1) I confirmed they do service Samsung appliances.
2) the technician arrived and made a statement that they dont work on Samsung appliances anymore and he didn't understand why they sent him
3) but he looked at the oven called Samsung directly and explained what wasn't working on the oven
4) after he told me that a lot of things were wrong with the oven and it needs several parts
5) I had to ask about next step he replied the office would call me
6) after 24 hrs I called them they replied they had to look at the invoice and also said the technician should have gave me all the details

So far, it has 5 weeks since the technician arrived to repair my Samsung Double range and it is still down. Matt ,the technician walked into my house looked at the range and concluded the irratic and incorrect temperatures I was measuring are normal for that range. He said that the range is junk. Typically the temp is st least 70 degrees off and some times dives to 120 degrees low. Keep in mind that this is a $1,800 range.
As a former service engineer myself, I pulled out the wiring diagram that came with the range and suggested that it might be the CPU (main computer board) or the driver board

I called countywide 4 weeks before my dryer was set to be delivered to set up a propane conversion. The day before the work, a tech called and let me know he would be at my house between 1:30-3:30 the following afternoon. At 3:35 the next day I called the tech wondering where he was. When he didn’t answer I also called the office. While on the phone with the office the tech called me back and told me he could be there by 4 but had to leave no later than 4:30 to get his kids. There was no way he could have completed the project, which he agreed with, and no one ever offered a solution or even
