The beauty of having your own web page is the opportunity to express your personal opinion. I have been repairing foundations for about fourteen years, and in the construction business for over twenty years. What really irks me is the lack of quality of the repairs and upgrades I see or hear about at such a high rate.

We were very impressed with Larry and his team. We needed some repairs made during quarantine and his team were very professional and efficient. They created exterior access to the crawlspace (where there had not previously been access) so workers wouldn't have to come through the house. Our crawlspace is very tight and the technicians were able to work effectively despite challenging conditions. They gave us regular updates on the project and completed the repair to the standard specified by the civil engineer in a reasonable time and within budget. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I used Craftsman Foundation Repair to fix a major crack in my slab. From start to finish Larry and his team were very professional. Larry explained the repair process to me and his Tech kept me informed of the progress of the project the whole way through the repair. They were respectful of my home and took measures to protect my property. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work.

Larry from Craftsman Foundation in San Diego is superb. He is an expert in older homes and is not an up-seller. If he thinks that the home does not need to be worked on he will let you know this and give you ideas on what to do to prolong the life of your home's foundation.
