The various options we had were great and the MJR team worked with all of our requests and budget. The finished product was quality work. We'd certainly use them again for future projects!

We chose Michael James to help us with our lake house remodel and it was the best decision we ever made. The process was great from the beginning to the end. Michael James Remodeling did a superb job in the remodeling of our kitchen, laundry and pantry. The kitchen looks amazing!! Refinishing and installation of our hardwood floors was phenomenal too. All areas do not look like a remodel, very professional. Michael, Jennie, skilled trade crew, contractors, office staff were exceptional. We couldn’t be happier and plan to schedule our next project with Michael.

Michael and his team do excellent work. Their attention to detail and effort to achieve perfection are second to none. And, something that I was particularly impressed with (and have seldom/if ever experienced in the past) was their respect for the fact that their “work space” was my “living space” at the end of the day….they left my place immaculate after they finished each day. Michael performed a 9 month remodel of our house that involved remodeling 80% of the house. He is ultimately professional and does excellent work. His work was on time, within predetermined budget and he always has a solution for the trickiest of problems. Not all builders have the creativity to work through the puzzles that arise with remodels. Michael not only has that creativity but take great joy to working through the most complex of issues. We had Michael James remodel our kitchen which involved a lot of expansion of rooms , rewiring and moving our electrical box, installing all new appliances. I can not brag enough about the quality of his work, attention to details , timeline execution, always available to answer my questions and demands. He is first class and honest! I would use him for any other projects I may have.

When I got a contract on my house to sell, there was an inspection done and several items needed attention. The biggest issue was the chimney which had a lot of water damage. It was a very substantial job and Michael went above and beyond to make it right. I also had him do all of the other items that the inspector required. He did a great job and was very dependable and easy to work with. His quality of work is 5 star and he is a great guy. I would recommend him to anyone!
