I rarely write reviews ... We were recommended Stephenville Heat and Air by a friend and they did not disappoint. They showed up exactly when they said they would (even communicated when they were coming), gave us an estimate the same day, and even came back over and installed complementary window units until our new system arrived. Everyone we've worked with has been professional in dress, timeliness, and manner. They are BY FAR the best service company we have ever used.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. My elderly mother’s AC unit went out in Hamilton, TX. Brad was so accommodating, and made a trip to Hamilton that same day. Very professional, and I can highly recommend!

My older York condenser unit stopped working sometime late morning, so I called Stephenville Heat & Air and within an hour Seth was at my house diagnosing the issue and in another hour he replaced the fan motor, a capacitor, and checked the freon level to make sure all was good. My house was back to cooling within a couple of hours of when I noticed there was an issue. Great service!

We’ve used Stephenville heating and air twice now and absolutely love their service. They are quick to respond to a call, they have fixed our issues twice now, and they always try everything else before recommending replacement. We are completely pleased with them and plan to use them again in the future. Very reasonable pricing too.

Over the last few days, temperatures in Stephenville have dropped to 0°. We found that we were having trouble with our heater & were scrambling to get someone over to fix it before we became human popsicles. Stephenville Heat & Air quite literally came to our rescue & got us up, running and thawed out in no time. We’re so thankful for them. Especially considering they drove on icy/snowy roads to get to us. Seth was very nice & very professional. We appreciate him getting to us so quickly. We 1000/10 recommend SH&A!!!

We had an emergency leak at 9pm on a Friday night and they were there w/ in 20 min. The problem was fixed and our maintenance was done (so we didn't get charged an extra fee for them to come back out). I've never had a service person who was so polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend Stephenville Heat and Air!

My AC went out last night I thought it was the batteries and it was not I came home from work today and my AC was not working at all so I called these guys up and they came within an hour they fixed the problem they are friendly nice super fast it was awesome 👏 My AC is working great !! I would definitely recommend them to anybody in need of AC ASAP well-done 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 We are definitely going to sleep good tonight !! Thank You 😊
