I used this company for annual maintenance/tune-up. The technician was extremely polite and professional. I had the same experience with the customer service rep who scheduled my appointment. I do not know how fast or reliable they are when making repairs but this experience leads me to believe I can count on them when/if that need arises.

We have always had great service with Home Heating & Cooling. We've always had a quick response time (usually the next day). The technician is personable, reliable, knowledgeable, and always arrives on time at the appointment time (with a text notification when he's on his way). The owners are great people who care about providing quality service at reasonable prices. We're very happy we followed a recommendation from neighbors and had Home Heating & Cooling come out. If there were 10 stars available, I would definitely give 10 stars!

Home Heating and Cooling was great. The employees were very friendly as well as quick and efficient. I have 4 dogs and the workers were so nice to them and did not mind the dogs wanting to meet them. My new AC and Furnace were installed with precision and care. The staff took the time to make it look nice and neat. Logan Walked me through the thermostat and showed me where to replace the filter as well as made sure to answer all my questions. We are moved here from the West and have had some challenges with other contractors in Illinois but we have not had any issues with Home Heating & Cooling
