He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained what he was doing to service my appliances. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. This was my first service appointment for a new appliances that I didn't even have for 30 days so I wasn't a happy.
Our service fee of $120 covers the cost of a technician coming to your home to diagnose your appliance. Each technician is highly-trained and arrives in a truck stocked with the most commonly needed parts to repair your appliance as quickly and accurately as possible. Should the part need to be special ordered, we have accounts with multiple suppliers, and a dedicated parts department to assist in obtaining such parts.

We bought a washer from Lowes 9 months ago and lost our warranty paperwork while moving into our new home. The washer began to show problems recently, and Lowes tried to tell us the washer was no longer under warranty. Jodi helped us by doing extra leg work she didn't have to do, finding that the machine was, in fact, under warranty. She also made sure our washer was repaired very quickly, and Tobias, who came to do the repair, was very professional and friendly. We can't thank your team enough for your professionalism and outstanding service.

Jeremy came out today to fix a freezer that began leaking over the weekend. Called Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon.He did an excellent job assessing and repairing the problem. He was friendly and thorough,answering my questions and explaining what had happened to the freezer.We also discussed maintenance on other appliances that will extend their life. Oak Valley is a refreshingly honest, reliable company providing superb service that I have relied on for years. I would recommend them without hesitation

Microwave installation was done incorrectly with a fan installed backwards. After bringing it up to them having been some time since the work was completed, they accused me of not knowing what I was talking about, someone else probably tampering with it, and refusing to come correct the improper installation. After doing it myself, the fan was indeed backwards, and the mounts were installed incorrectly. I had to drill new holes and properly mount it.
Part of proper customer service is standing by your work. If you can't do that or even work with a customer to try to resolve an issue regardless

Soooo, the CRAZIEST THING just happened!
Tonight I went to turn on my oven and...nothing. It suddenly is not working. Stone cold...won’t ignite. Great, right before Christmas and it’s only 2 years old! What the heck?
So, I run my dinner over to my daughter’s house to use her oven and as I pull back in to my own driveway...the… Oak Valley repair van follows me into the driveway. I’m like...what are the odds, what the heck?
I get out of my car, walk back to his van and he says, “I’m here to fix your oven

We called Oak Valley for our dishwasher not doing it’s best, Jeremy came out and went above and beyond to make sure every part of our dishwasher was in perfect condition! He fixed the issue and along the way found a new problem, He fixed that too!! He also helped us to use our dishwasher more efficiently! We can’t thank you all enough! We give 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
