This company does good work. They took full payment AFTER the job was done and inspected by my engineer. They came across a previous attempt to stabilize my home and had alot of extra work on their hands. They did not charge me for this! The crews worked hard, hard, hard. I can't say how much sweat and muscle went into stabilizing my home. A+ company. There is a reason that I had to wait for them to begin. Everyone wants them. Its like trying to get Don Johnson's autograph!

Metro structural are extraordinary professionals and extremely in demand, it may take them a little while to get to you because of their backlog...but it will be worth the wait!!! The TLC they had with lifting and leveling my Fireplace (in the center of my house) without any damage was absolutely amazing!

Brad came out to my house and quickly evaluated the issue. He was honest and provided a fair quote which he backed with his work. Prior to Metro coming out I had already received quotes from three other companies.
After the job was completed I had a question and Brad came out within a day or two to address any concern. My concern weren't real issue but I appreciated he took the time to come out.

We had major issues on a house we had bought and brad and his team came in have done a great job and treated us great. They did drainage work for us as well as exterior and interior structural remediation. I have no problem sending anyone their way, we got bids from multiple companies and Metro treated us with compassion during a very trying situation.
