We were highly over charged , it took them 25 minutes to pump our septic, that was open and ready and yet we were charged $695.00 on a Friday morning. When I called to find out why we were over charged, they said it was a holiday weekend and that it cost 34 cents a gallon to dump. I called 3 other local companies that quoted me more than $200.00 cheaper and let me know that to dump is only 14 cents. Beware of this company.

Our main pipe to our septic was clogged and sewage backed up into our basement tubs on a Saturday night. PU Septic answered their phone and said they could be out first thing in the morning. Gary arrived early on Sunday morning, drained our septic tank and unclogged the main pipe. He was awesome. We have used their company for 5 years and will continue to always use P. U. Septic for all of our septic services. Thanks Gary!

The guy ran into our mailbox on the way out and broke the post, knocking it over. He also left the lid off of our solids tank and we have kids so that’s a HUGE risk. But the worst part was his refusal to admit he hit our mailbox. He adamantly repeated that he was watching when he pulled out and never hit our mailbox. Which is completely untrue.

Absolutely WORST company EVERE! They do not want to take responsibility for damage cause to my property by their employee and the owner.
Owner attempted to fix sprinkler damaged caused, did not turn water back on to check fix...fix was not corrected. Had to hire a professional to fix. AND their truck leaked a HUGE oil stain in my driveway.
Owner of this company was very unprofessional when all we wanted was the damaged repaired.
Also, charge for 1,250 tank when it is only 1,000

Gary came out to pump my septic tank. It had been 22 years since I installed the tank and it had never been pumped. Gary said we caught it before I destroyed my drainfield. Gary did a great job, he was quick and made sure that it was cleaned properly. He has a great personality and gave me some tips on taking better care of the system. One tip was that I never wait 22 years to have this done! I will absolutely be using PU Septic from now on.

I had a front baffle that needed repaired and called around to get some estimates and was shocked when I was quoted by three different companies in the valley for $1,100-$2,300 to do just the repair.
I called PU and spoke to Carol who quoted me $350! I even asked “are you sure? Because this is not what I’ve been getting quoted”. She said she would double check with her technician and I forwarded her pictures taken by the other companies and she called back and said yes $350.00 was correct!
The technician came out yesterday and was incredibly friendly (and arrived a little early) and after
