Karns Mechanical started as a small business in Karns, but since has extended its service area to Knoxville and beyond! Our service area has expanded to a 60 mile radius of Knoxville and surrounding areas. Karns Mechanical will always treat our customers like family because of its family! Mike's son, son-in law, and wife all work for the company!

Mike and Jared were awesome. My 93 year-old mother’s heating system broke down and by early evening her house was cold. Mike and Jared were there within an hour of calling Karn’s Mechanical Services. It took about 30 minutes to fix and now my mother has a warm house. Thank-you Mike and Jared!

There's a reason Karns Mechanical has such a high rating... It's because they are the best! I struggled for multiple years with my upstairs unit. I had used a couple different HVAC companies and never felt like I was getting great service. I finally bit the bullet this Spring and replaced the AC. Karns Mechanical came highly recommended. I gave Karns Mechanical Services a 5-star review. We called KMS after another company didn't bother to show up the day before or call. We called KMS in the morning and they showed up within the hour. Karns Mechanical Service staff; Mike, Louis, and their son took care of our problem. They were quick but yet very thorough. Made sure everything was… back to where it was before they moved it. They were very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone that reads this review. And have already given their name to my friends and neighbors. We were very pleased with Karns Mechanical. Our ac went out on an extremely hot day (of course)We called them on one day and they were here the next, and had our new unit installed in less than 4 hours. They were very reasonably priced lower than most competitors. Everyone we spoke to was extremely nice and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I do not have words to express just how impressed I am with this company! Our AC went out on a Sunday night in July. I called and they were able to come out early the next day. They were so professional and insanely quick to respond. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue very quickly. Their pricing is very reasonable and I HIGHLY recommend this company over any other around!

As a local Google Guide, I would highly recommend this family-owned business! Lori and James showed up at my house at 10 PM to fix our HVAC unit and were so nice. Our unit needed a new capacitor and they quickly fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Definitely will be calling them again if we need anything, support your local businesses!

My husband called at 2:30 this Friday afternoon to let them know our unit was running hot. They showed up about 30-45 minutes later and had us up and running with fresh freon in no time. They were so friendly and professional and made sure I gave my husband a hard time just for the fun of it! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC service! Thanks Mike for the laughs!

Mike and his team are the absolute best! Used them for the first time today and could not be happier with their service! Our AC was running but not blowing out cold air, so we called this morning and they were here within 2.5 hours! They identified the issue instantly and replaced the broken part within 30 minutes. I seriously could not recommend Karns Mechanical any more. They were fantastic! They came out on Sunday morning & fixed my A/C after my landlord called SEVERAL others who either didn’t return calls or refused to even come look at it despite advertising “24hr service”. Very professional, prompt & reasonable prices as well! 5 ⭐️ for sure!

I cannot recommend Karns Mechanical more highly....I called them on a Monday morning first thing, when I had realized the previous day that our A/C was not working appropriately. Lois called me back right away and they came that same morning to check out our units. We unfortunately needed to replace both of our a/c units, but they gave us a fair… price the first time (no having to negotiate or other pushy sales tactics) with great financing options. They showed up exactly when they said they would and fit us in to have both of our units replaced the same week. They were very professional
