RPM Pools are excellent! We have been using them for 2 summers now since being new pool owners! We had ZERO knowledge on how to be pool owners or how to maintain one all summer. Bob and his guys we’re so helpful! Whenever we have a question or an issue they come right over! They do it all! The are hands down the BEST of the BEST!

RPM has been our pool company in Wilton, since we have moved in . Not only has Bob and his team tackled a pool that we inherited with plenty of issues professionally , but they are Always here in an emergency very timely. They are also very affordable !
We constantly struggle to maintain a healthy balance due to local well water when we try and perform maintenance ourselves , and RPM always has the answer to clear up what is going on immediately. As a result we will be looking to convert to their full service package so we can just enjoy our pool without worry. They are the best ! Highly recommend

I called early one morning for a pool inspection that *had* to be carried out that day for a client who was buying a house in Westport. The owner of the company, Robert, answered the phone and, although he said he was pretty booked, promised to conduct the inspection at the end of the day. He was extremely professional, and clearly understands that good communication and reliability are crucial to a service business. He was true to his word, and by 11 pm(!) that night I had my written report. He was a real lifesaver.

We purchased a home last year and it was our first time owning a pool. I thoroughly researched pool companies before choosing Robert. His reviews were stellar, but he is even more impressive in person. He knows everything about pools and his company offers comprehensive service, not just pool cleaning. We needed someone to look at our existing equipment and Robert was able to patiently explain everything. He does not try to sell you on upgrading to the latest equipment but will optimize your equipment so that it will run well and hopefully last long. He is also extremely professional, responsive

We used RPM Pool Technicians for a pool restoration / remodel including new tile, resetting of coping stones, full equipment replacement and lifting and resetting of deck pavers. Robert and his team were absolute professionals and are the best at what they do. As first time pool owners we had lots of questions and Robert was patient and thorough in educating us on our options. The quality of the work that was done was exceptional and the team’s responsiveness and follow through is amazing. I recommend RPM without hesitation.

To say that RPM Pool Technicians are the best would be an understatement. I initially hired Rob to conduct a pool inspection for the 40+ year old home I was purchasing. Rob and his crew did a fantastic job redoing our pool, upgrading our old pool equipment and redoing the surrounding blue stone and has been incredibly attentive and professional throughout that process and going forward with our pool maintenance. I first met Robert while he was wth Glen Gate. To be honest, and GG knows this, the only reason we stayed with GG so long was bc of Robert. When Robert went on his own I immediately signed up for opening, closing and weekly service.
Bottom line is I trust Robert. Our pool and spa look great all the time. He's extremely responsive whenever I contact him and most important in the pool business, he's honest. When we've had mechanical issues pop up he always suggests where to buy equipment for the best price and he installs at very reasonable prices. He doesn't gouge his clients
