Cohen's was unable to fix the type of problem we had, however they went above and beyond in not only finding us someone that could help, but also gathering all of the information needed and providing it to the other company. Absolutely fantastic response time and customer service from a company that was getting nothing from us, I will definitely use them in the future if I'm in need of a key shop.

Great place, glad that I found them. Professional, quick, and even answered questions I had about other lock issues in my home. Will definitely continue to patronize them over the big box stores with no personality who cannot make keys right! Thank you Cohen's Key Shop Inc.

My wife and I recently rented an older house in North Haven that had a very old type of key. Home Depot wasn't able to copy it, so I took it to Cohen's. They knew right away what kind of key it was and could copy it with no issues. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with functional key copies! I'd highly recommend this shop for your key copying needs.

I have used this place many of times. what you go in there for they have and if they don't make it if they we'll make it for you Sirius taking him any job for making a key to making a key system for a whole building they have made it up to my location any reasonable amount of time in an emergency Call at night.

This review is five star for the reason I went there.
Needed a key cut and had it done while I waited.
Some other reviewers did point out the unfriendly bald guy behind the counter though, I just chose to ignore his attitude as he may have personal problems.
That said, the shop looked well stocked and need I mention that I had been to several other places trying to cut same key all to no avail.
Also worth mentioning is the availability of parking space. This was an issue for me as a few places I went to down town had no parking space.
Also note there’s a minimum spend for card payments.
