Outstanding service! I highly recommend them because of the way they respect your home, the way they let you know what they’re doing and why they are doing it. I’ve had them come out on two different occasions for two separate issues and each time they were on time. They communicated really well. They walked me through what they were doing. Advise me of what I need to do in regards to looking for any specific things for the next couple weeks to come as well as how long I should stay away from the home and what I should do when I return to the home. We have been struggling with cluster flies. Brantley Pest Control was the fourth company we contacted. The others were dismissive about my concerns, but still wanted to sign me up for a year long contract. Brantley was able to validate my concern, take care of the problem and didn’t try to sell me more than what I needed. I highly recommend and will use again in the future!

William came out to inspect for carpenter ants. We plan on having our house painted and wood rot fixed and wanted to make sure we didn’t have a problem before spending a lot of money. He did a thorough inspection of our house and yard. He was on time, he was friendly, and he educated us on what we need to take care of in our yard to help cut down on some of the pests in our yard and around our house. I highly recommend Brantley. I will be using them again. Thank you for helping us out.

I called three different pest control companies needing urgent help with increasingly aggressive wasps around my home. Brantley is the only one to call me back. They were willing to help and work me in despite not already being an established customer. I signed up for their quarterly service right after he left. Highly recommend!

I had an odd looking black bug in my house. I called Brantley and they got out to my house right away. He inspected my house with a flashlight on all of the walls to try to find the bug that I was talking about. Then he found it in the closet and found the source of the problem, which was inside the bird feed in my closet. He literally helped me take everything out of my closet and helped me make sure there was nothing on any item left in the closet before he sprayed. He even took the bug infested items with him. He made sure he knew exactly what bug was before he sprayed. I have never had better

Being a senior citizen in my 60's it is quite difficult to impress me but Chaz and Crew absolutely did!!
They were very polite, respectful, on time ,and knowledgeable of the mission . Perhaps the most important factor was their honestly in pricing, They quote us the price and stuck to . No added charges along the way.
Chaz and Crew done a thorough job. We haven't had to schedule a second treatment.
