These guys were great. Contacted The Gutter Giants to repair a disconnected downspout on my home. They were able to give me an estimate based upon photos I sent over. They were onsite within 1 week after initial contact, and repaired everything within 1 hour. Very easy to work with, and Nick the owner was very responsive to emails/texts. They completed the work for the agreed upon price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Definite 5 star experience! Very responsive to my initial call, came amd did the estimate on time and completed the work exactly as scheduled. We are doing a full remodel and i can honestly say they gave been one of the easiest contractors to work woth so far which has been a sigh of relief for me.

Terrible experience. I spoke with Lena and met with Nick at the property. Confirmed replacement of gutters and checked references. Nick scheduled work to be done in November,
which was postponed due to cold weather. On the new date they turned up ripped down gutters on one side and the front of the house. After a couple of hours they left (due to light rain) and told a neighbour they would return later that week. We have now had a blizzard. I have no gutters on half of the house and they have not responded to any phone calls or advised me of their plans. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE USE THIS

Gutter Giants just finished up with gutter installation on our house and they did an outstanding job. We had a major leak which cause us lots of problems. I requested a quote for gutter replacement and i got a call back within a minute. I got same day estimate. Reasonable prices and they performed a great job. I never knew how important gutters are for my house until Nick came and provided no pressure estimate and evaluate my problems. I used to have water leaking in my basement. Nick found out that two of my downspouts were draining behind my house on a patio of bricks with nowhere to drain. Additionally my front 2 downspouts were draining into my two driveways causing the asphalt to decay and posing ice risk in the winter. Lastly, my old gutters were too small and my roof is very high pitch, the water was jumping over the gutters and draining straight along side the foundation of the house and leaking

Nick is great! I have used gutter giants for small jobs like fall gutter cleanings and big jobs like gutter replacement and carpentry work. I had new gutter installed 2/19/18. Nick came on 2/15 and recommended new gutters. He explained all things very well . Workers also were very polite and answered all questions. The gutters looks very nice. I had roofers today to check on roof and they were very much impressed with gutters and asked me who installed this . It looks great and wanted to know the company. I will recommend Nick to friends and family.

I had them replace my entire gutter system, downspouts, and all the fascia boards. The end result is the new gutters far surpass those installed by the original builder not so long ago, in looks and mechanical stability (for example, every downspout section is now screwed together, which was done without asking. My originals were only press fit and came apart every winter).
No 'home improvement' sales pressure. No "we won't know until

Excellent professional service from start to finish. This is a company that does the job the right way. An assessment on my roof leak was done on time and detailed quote was emailed a couple hours later. All of my questions were answered and the job was completed as was promised.
As for my roof: Gutter giants corrected the work previously done by another company that literally cut some corners while installing flashing around my chimney. Nick and his team installed custom flashing and matched the replacement shingles nicely. No more leaks
