They were professional and honest and nice. They looked carefully at the foundation and inspected the basement and crawl space and checked the floors and walls. He said we didn't need any repairs, and he was honest enough to tell me that. He was also fully vaccinated and wore a mask. I will call him first if my foundation has any problems in the future, but he said everything looks fine right now.

I paid Javier extra to repair anything extra that came up in my repair. Something did but he wouldn’t repair it. I have been asking him for warranty’s on labor and products he used on the repairs but he will not send me anything or return my calls or texts. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

Came out 2 weeks ago and was promised an estimate that afternoon...have since made 3 phone calls where Javier promised a call back with an estimate...now they are not even answering my calls. Javier was very professional and personable during the visit, but what good is that if you get no service?

I am so pleased with the service I received from Quality Crawlspace Repair. The owners of our house prior to our purchase, encapsulated our crawlspace but failed to put in a dehumidification system.
