There was water intrusion while the building was being built. This was reported to the project manager with pictures. I was told once they did the stucco and sod it would no longer leak. I made several attempts
to have them fix the problem. The first time it rained we had lots of water enter the building. I had to seek legal counsel and they said that I never mentioned that there was water intrusion during construction.

It's so unfair how other reviewers leave 1 star reviews for things that have nothing to do with the quality of their construction services. Greg Van Bebber and his associates have been building dental and offices in the Tampa area for more than 50 years. If you live in Tampa and go to the doctor, odds are they built the office.
