NO INTEGRITY or ACCOUNTABILITY:
I watched 2 chunks of DRIED concrete fly off their truck and strike my vehicle. The first one hit the side of my car and the second broke my windshield. I contacted the company while following the vehicle by cell phone. I have called multiple times before they would talk with me. Finally, their decision is to do nothing. It is said when local companies don't take responsibility for their actions. The concrete that broke my windshield was not from the road but dried cement from their truck which obviously was not cleaned before entering the highway. This all occurred
