Very easy company to work with, everyone is very friendly. Was able to initially email our engineers report over to them, they then scheduled a time to come out to Inspect the house to generate a quote. Turned the quote around very quickly. Very competitive pricing. Overall the work was great and we are very happy.

Frank and his crew did a superb job fixing a sloping bedroom floor in my 1939 house. In 2 days they installed footings, piers and beams and raised the floor, with no disruption to the house at all. Floor and wall tile work in the adjacent bathroom was not damaged in the least. The cost was very reasonable--on the lower end of the range I had expected. They also solved a problem of intermittent water penetration though a basement wall. They are a very nice group of guys too. I recommend them unreservedly.

These guys really know their stuff. I had them out for some crawlspace concerns, and they were very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as recommending solutions. I would definitely recommend for any foundation issues.

We are truly always so pleased with the work Foundation Xperts has done for us! We have used them 3 or 4x for different issues over the past 6 years. They always show up on time and begin the project when scheduled. The guys are always very thorough and I am always pleasantly surprised by how everything looks when they leave! They always finish everything up so professionally. I feel like our front yard looks better than it did when they arrived haha!!
We have had a lot of other contractors over the years for different jobs and honestly we are always the most impressed with Foundation Xperts!

I heartily recommend Foundation Xperts. They did great work, hand-digging around the house to improve drainage to resolve moisture issues. They showed up on time, worked hard, did a great job, and were very nice across the board. Top ratings, and well deserved.
