I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kamiron, Monte, and Joe at Leasuretime.
Let me just say that sometimes things don’t go right at no fault of anyone. I purchased a white trekker upon arrival the stove did not work, I immediately called Kamiron and they sent someone out to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue was not easily fix and new parts were needed. I continued to have issues with this pellet stove and each time, I was quickly and easily able to get ahold of my sales representative. They sent out a knowledgeable team member to try and resolve the issue, the stove would work for a

We promptly purchased a propane stove in September. Your salesman Dave helped us out in finding us a stove. We purchased a stove that needed to be ordered due to accessories we chose. Stove was ordered in and installed a couple weeks later.
Before the stove was installed I called Dave and left an extensive voice mail with questions in what the installers need for a successful installation. Leisure Time is the worst. We spent over $8000 with them on a new fireplace. Months later, now that we are in the winter season and it would be REALLY nice to use our fireplace, we can't.
Why? Because apparently Leisure Time takes months, maybe years to complete an install. I'm not sure because they still haven't finished our installation.
You can call them - they won't answer or will try to dodge you. They won't return voice mails. To date, I don't think they have ever shown up when they said they would... it is always "We'll be there next Tuesday!", and then Tuesday comes and goes. Then it

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order for a fireplace in October, and they said they could have it installed the following week.
Here we are six weeks later, in mid-December, and I still don't have a fireplace I can use. They never come when they say they will, they don't answer phone calls... they just are plain awful and I wish I never would have used them. Terrible business, terrible customer service. I will never use Leisure Time again and highly recommend you go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever. Stay away if you're looking for a hot tub.
We bought our tub from the Idaho Falls store while we were building our home in Kuna. For some reason there is hate from the Boise store to the Idaho Falls store.
It tool several weeks to get an installation date set. It's a huge red flag when the voice mail at a company asks you not to call back multiple times and just leave one message.

This was my first order and I was surprised at all of the notifications from order confirmation, order status, shipping and tracking info. Amazing how much info they provide. I recently experienced a loss of heating of my 10+ year old Caldera spa.
I contacted Leisure Time for assistance. The repair was somewhat complicated but repairman Jack and office staff especially Sylvia stuck with the repair until it was completed. They were punctual with visits and pricing was very fair. Communication with Leisure Time was easy. I rate their service as FIVE STAR and will definitely be using them in the future.

Garbage. If 0 was an option they would have gotten it. Absolutely 0 support after the purchase of your fireplace. Had a warranty issue and was told "you have to contact the manufacturer". Then what's the point of them?? Why didn't I just buy it from the manufacturer?
Also, good luck getting them to answer a phone call. 3 voicemails later I just decided to show up. The laziness and unwillingness to help from the staff is shown heavily.

Leisure Time has great products. I'm very happy with my fireplace but I will NEVER buy from them again. I bought my fireplace on July 16 and it wasn't completely installed until September 28th. Should it really take 74 days to install a fireplace? I had my general contractor (GC) do everything but the actual fireplace installation, i.e. he framed it in and did all the drywall and stone placement. He never delayed the project at all. It was all Leisure Time's delays. Mostly really poor...no horrible communication or lack of it. Even when I finally complained to the General Manager

5 stars. From when we first came in browsing to delivery of our tub we were treated great the whole way through.
Casey(salesman) did a great job explaining features and differences in models, as well as other brands out there, he was a wealth of knowledge. Also, he never pressured us to buy or to upgrade to a higher line. On top of that we ended up breaking 2 of the cover clips on the first day(not a part flaw, my wife tried opening the hydraulic cover and the back snaps were still on) and Casey hooked us up with new clips. We ended up choosing a Caldera Niagara tub and it fits our needs perfectly

I had to call in 3 times. The first 2 times I was transferred to a cell number where I left a message and never got a call back. The 3rd time they contracted out to Gem State Fireplace Co. It's been 4 weeks later and nothing has been done. Go with Cody's Appliance, they are professional, courteous and prompt.

We bought a gas fireplace this past summer and had our old FABCO wood burning insert removed. Those men did a great job removing it cleanly. We ordered a nice gas log set with a remote control which we really like. The issue was having to have their gas line install guy come out 3 different times as his install kept being rejected by the city code inspector. This caused my wife having to take off work 3 times to meet them at the house. After 10 days... Finally, the gas line passed and the log insert guy came out to install. He was very customer oriented and helpful. I have now been trying
