The gave us a reasonable price to remove a very large Tree of Heaven Tree and 2 smaller ones. They did the work the same day as the quote! They are professional, courteous and cleaned up when they were done! We are pleased an would recommend them!

I've had a really hard time with Master Arbor. I sent in an email request and never heard back until I called him a few more times and set up the appointment. On the website it says free consultation, I set up an appointment from 1-2 on a Thursday and waited around for him to come by. Finally I had to leave around 1:45 and still no one had showed up. I received a text with my tree diagnosis at 1:52 pm. This diagnosis was the exact same diagnosis he gave my friend a few days earlier. After asking if he could come by to take care of my trees I got no response. I then received a bill for $85. I called

I had 2 large trees removed and 3 small ones replanted by Kevin. I can't say I was impressed at all. They didn't grind the stump well like below the surface, and then instead of placing the new trees evenly spaced as we talked about they put one 2'-3' from the other. They said there were too many rocks, so the next day I was out there digging it in where it was supposed to be placed and moved the 9" rock they were too lazy to dig out. Really disappointing in the care of the work they do as well as the lack of clean up. Have some respect for the work you do!

Kevin and his crew were fantastic, he did what he said he'd do when he said he'd do it for a very reasonable price. None of the typical contractor promises to be there Monday morning but then not show up till Wednesday afternoon, that alone was worth 5 starts but it got even better. His crew was professional and efficient, leaving my yard cleaner than before they started work. Kevin knows his business, he immediately identified the issues with my trees and knew what to do to fix it. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable and professional arborist.

He pruned my 3 Mulberry trees that were touching the house, growing into the apartment complex next door and over on the street. It's so beautiful and my trees look happy with their new haircuts. Price is fair, work is professional and they leave your place clean. Definitely will call and refer this company.

Master Aurbour Tree Care is fantastic. A single representative arrived earlier the day of the job to do reconnaissance, he took pictures of the trees in question and communicated with our HOA President. Later that afternoon the entire team arrived with Atiro, they made quick work of their task and cleaned up afterwords. Thank you!

I found Kevin and crew very knowledgeable. I've had them for tree removal and trimming for several years and highly recommend them. However, this past October (2018) I had them remove and plant several trees. Unfortunately, several irrigation pipes were broken, which I had to have repaired and also didn't satisfactory clean up work site. Having said that, I still plan to use them in the next Spring.

This company did a great job in removing 2 old and huge trees in my backyard recently. The pricing is reasonable & they finished the job of removal in 4 hours and they cleaned up not leaving debris . I also had the stumps removed and their worker named Paul I believe his name is, made sure they had been grounded completely and then spread them to around the ground and put away rest of the sawdust so they do not stand in the way of people nor bliwn all over the place. The whole outfit works superbly from the owner Kevan to Richard I think his name is who did the tree cutting, Paul and a lady worker
