I have used JaPaul Scape on two separate projects. The first project was a new landscaping project in the front yard, and the second project was a paver install and artificial turf install in the backyard. Both projects turned out so well, and I can't believe the transformation from start to finish. This company will work to make sure you are satisfied and address any questions / concerns. I would highly recommend James and JaPaulScape for your next project.

We hired them to do some needed landscaping and cleaning up on our property. We needed some Cyprus bushes/trees removed, a lot of trimming done, mulching and general weed removal.
The owner sent us an itemized invoice to approve before the work was performed. We were required to pay half with invoice approval and the balance after we were satisfied with the work.
James, the owner, came with the crew today and we went over all the work again, The team, a total of 6 workers, worked hard for several hours in HOT Florida afternoon sun and humidity,
When they finished James returned and walked through

JaPaul Scape and James, the owner, help us update our front and side yard that included installation of two large pots at our entrance. He knows his stuff and is a true "Landscape Architect"in every sense of the word. The process was quick and easy. James and his crew were professional and a pleasure to work with; they exceeded my expectations on many levels. I'm lining up more work as of this writing. James and his team was very knowledgeable and professional. The plan started with a virtual video of the finished product. We had the opportunity to review, revise and personalize the plan. The execution began only a matter of a few days later. The total process took a little over one week. I would recommend Ja Paul landscape to anyone wanting a professional job

JaPaul by far does the best paver work at the best price in this area. I'm confident you can't find this quality of work at this price. I have hired them three separate times over the last 3-4 years. I started with a sizable patio in my backyard and a year or two later added on a section that wrapped around the back room. They perfectly spliced into the old pavers as if it was all installed at the same time. I have now had them out a third time to complete my side yard with a path that leads to the driveway. The work is literally perfect. The pitch, level, edges, cuts, design, etc. is all perfect

I highly recommend JPaul Scape. They installed an irrigation system and re-sodded my back yard with landscaping and it looks absolutely beautiful. Very dependable, and the cost was very economical. We will also be using JPail for tree work. Excellent Customer Service!

James is very professional and his company did an amazing job with our landscaping projects. They are very thorough and detailed and the price is very fair and reasonable. After three years of abysmal service I have had it. No one seems to care about the quality of their work. Landscaping is a joke. There is no maintenance on the plants and shrubs and when they die, they simply leave them. Try to talk with the crew and no one speaks English.
I recommend you find someone else and avoid this company.

This is a commercial and residential landscaping company that seems to be too busy to care about customer service anymore. I called in September and left a message requesting an estimate. Finaly scheduled to come for estimate on 10/8/19. Walked around my property talking about project and he said he would work on the estimate...as of today 10/24/19 still no estimate. I even called and left a message saying please at least let me know if you're too busy to work on my project or if you're interested in doing it or not so I can just find someone else. A week later a lady called to tell

Best design and best service in the area. You get what you pay for peeps. I certainly did and I spent over 10K with Japaul. For those of you who live in the Historic NE DIstrict of St. Pete you can tell the difference between his style against any others. Thank you, James, for making it so easy on me. James just completed a courtyard area for our dogs. Pet turf with a border of river rock next to the house. He made suggestions for an area where our lawn pump sits and terraced a step for the gate. We are very pleased with the quality of work and his crew. Only delay was weather related. Will be using him again at some other properties we own.

This company did not perform any work for me but did for a neighbor. They parked their trucks blocking the alley, day after day. I understand needing to be close to unload plants and such but they would park empty trucks. To make matters worse, they repeatedly filled the trash bins that are used by the residents and then blocked the alley on trash pick up days. The owner was informed but did not seem to care.

Do not waste your time with this company. James came out and walked our property, took pictures and listened to our landscaping needs. He said he would email us a design within 3-4 days. Received nothing. I called every week for 3 weeks and received continued assurances that he wanted to do the job and would have the design to us that week. False promises that never materialized. We have wasted 3 weeks. Totally unreliable company with poor customer service.
