Tom is a third generation locksmith that fell in love with the trade when he was just 5 years old. Tom is both a master locksmith and safe technician. He has been working in Greenwich as a locksmith since 2005. He believes in a traditional business model of customer satisfaction, fair pricing, being true to his word, and has a passion not only for the trade but helping people as well.

Tom was Great. I moved into a new apartment and didn't have a key to the mailbox lock. Tom was able to come out the same day, opened the old lock and replaced it with a new one. He was very professional from answering the phone to completing the job. Highly recommended.

Tom resolved several issues for us. He was sensible and thoughtful about approaching a problem- he didn't just FIX one issue. He traced the source of the problem and fixed that- eliminating future concerns. He explained technical details in a way that a non- technical person could understand. He is also very knowledgable about the most up to date products and parts, and no questions were left unanswered.
