The price is fair, they are an honest local business, and they take the time to answer questions and give a thorough explanation of the in's and out's of septic mechanics. Very professional, and arrived right on time for an 8:00am pumping out appointment. Performed a full examination of our septic tank/system and explained all of the components and that it all was working well. Also offered to add us to their postcard reminder system-was very happy to say yes to this because we will definitely be using them the next time. HIGHLY recommend!

They pumped our septic tank. Got through on first attempt, scheduled about a week out, arrived on time (actually a little early for which they apologized), did the work, left no mess. Paid by debit card at the truck. Pricing was below average for the Ithaca area. Not the cheapest, but I'm glad we went with them.

We used Clean Earth Septic to have our septic system pumped after 5 years in our "new" house. Their response to my online quote was quick and reasonably priced. The driver actually showed up early, which was nice because I had to go back to work. He was very nice and professional. He talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The will have all my future business. A++

We were having septic problems for about 3 months. We finally woke up and our toilets wouldn’t flush. We called around to get quotes and Clean Earth was the best priced. They also got a guy out the day we called to pump our septic. We are extremely impressed and HIGHLY recommended Clean Earth to everyone. Great people and great service!!!
