Co-founders, husband and wife, Reginal and Kristin Hay, started Lewis Commercial Cleaning with a goal to provide Northern California with a premier cleaning management company. A place for businesses to go when looking for all their cleaning needs - from schools and churches to hospitality businesses, property management, medical facilities, fitness centers and corporate offices.
Reggie and Kristin first launched their business by cleaning custom homes in the greater Sacramento area. They put in the hands-on time for years doing all of the work themselves - assuring each client a high-touch experience and personalized oversight. As their client list grew, they slowly graduated into commercial cleaning.
To expand commercial options, Lewis Commercial Cleaning developed a strong vetted roster of service providers who could partner with them to provide additional services and after-hours cleaning, while still guaranteeing the same high quality personal touch and client management.

We will work with you to custom-tailor a cleaning program to fit any budget or facility. Daily, weekly, special event/need or occasional. We specialize in large, heavily-utilized venues like schools, places of worship, and retail. Our floor maintenance services will not only clean, and protect your floors they'll also enhance the appearance of your facility.

They are very professional and up on the latest technology especially regards COVID19. They have high integrity and honesty. I have used them on important construction clean-up locations in San Francisco in Pacific Heights and my offices. Their pricing is very reasonable. Great workers on their team!
