As a first-time homeowner, I have plenty to learn and am seeing firsthand how hard owning and maintaining a home is. After discovering a musty smell in our lobby, we called Servpro to “sniff” out the problem. Tom was able to locate the source and give ample suggestions on how to fix the issue. He even gave us some recommendations on who to call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and find the root of the issue. During "Snowmageddan" 2/10/2019, we had a power outage In the Gull Harbor area. After two days of no power, I hooked up a generator outside the garage that had come with the house we had bought five years ago. After following exactingly, the instructions, I headed into the house only to be met at the screen door by billowing smoke oozing out. I ran back and shut the generator down, set breakers to off and, then called 911.

We have had Tom clean our carpets yearly when we had a houseful of it, but now we only have 3 rooms of carpet! His work is top notch, and he leaves them as dry as possible, and will even tighten carpets which have loosened up over the years. He's truly a carpet expert! Tom is honest, hard working and he'd be the first person we'd call, should we have any disaster! He's friendly and fun! He now cleans our RV as well! Prices are reasonable, he's reliable and on time!
