At first we were really happy with the remodel of our pool. We even referred this company to our friends....
We found out through our pool maintenance company that Artista Pools didn’t acid wash and open the newly remodelled pool properly. In turn my plaster became milky and made stains and etch marks. I also had to get tiles redone a couple of times, and it still doesn’t look right. The owner, Jonathon tried to put the “break in” procedure on me as the homeowner. That’s funny because they were the ones that opened the pool and filled it. Jonathon promised a resolution but never showed

Mr.Alvarado is an honest, honorable and hard working man. He has done considerable work on my entire pool and retaining wall. He and his crew work until the job has been right and always beyond expectations. I am not an easy person to please. He has never failed or disappointed.

Artista Pools is the 4th company that I had come out to my home to finish a job that three other companies failed at . Our back yard is at a slight slope and has had some runoff difficulties . We have been trying to get a pool installed for over a year and had 2 companies attempt to begin work on the pool and patio area. They were very difficult to work with, but Artista pools was very professional and easy to work with! They came in on a Monday morning and had plans drawn up and began work quicker than any other company I’ve dealt with. They are reasonably priced and efficient! I would recommend
