We had a most unusual problem in that our duct work was rattling, but we could not find the origin. John came in, immediately took steps to identify and locate the issue within the ducts, and remove an 8 inch circular piece of metal that had been left inside the duct work many years ago. It finally had worked its way to a position where it was rattling loudly.
I especially liked his rigging up a magnet to the end of a makeshift piece of metal to draw the culprit back down the duct for removal. Excellent work, and fairly priced.

We selected AAA Cooling Specialists about 5 years ago when we replaced our original Heat Pump Units. We purchased two Trane Heat Pump Units based on our analysis of AAA Cooling Specialists and their reputation. Since then we have been very happy with their Home Office Admin people and their technicians. This was recently reinforced by our dealings with Mike Miller. Mike was very professional , did a great job of explaining the problem and his plan to fix same. He is an excellent communicator and we were very happy with the service provided by Mike.

AAA has a very good employee with Matte. That's what I like about AAA. They provide great service with excellent employees. We purchased a Mitsubishi mini-split AC/Heating system from AAA for our golf simulator room. Our overall experience with this project was excellent. Travis O. and Anthony B. the installation team did a fantastic job. They both were very knowledgeable about the equipment and the 18kw mini-split works like a charm. It’s a pleasure today to see co-workers enjoy what they do, and have such a positive and professional work ethic.

AAA has been coming to our house twice a year for 5 years now. We've had different a/c techs over the years but they've all exhibited high levels of knowledge and professionalism. All have allowed me to 'tag along' and watch, which I like to do in order to learn. About 3 years ago AAA replaced an attic air handler to correct a mismatch between that and the exterior condenser unit. We intend to use AAA for years to come and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a residential a/c Company.

Our technician John Bergstrom was amazing. Very kind, empathetic, very professional and he definitely knew what he was doing. He repaired our AC in no time. We will come back to AAA Cooling Specialists for maintenance services, but if anyone gets assigned John as tech, you guys are in luck. Company is highly recommended. We could not be more happy and grateful that our AC is back up! 5 star service for sure.

Michael M from AAA was recommended to me by my best friend—he was awesome. Kind and knowledgeable, gave me some great recommendations, helped me to get my AC working again. Bummer that the unit does need to be replaced (it’s 23 years old!). Got a call from AAA and they sent over Jason to do an assessment and recommendations for a new unit—he was also super nice and knowledgeable and no pressure on if/when to purchase. Love that they both contacted me before arriving and the company sent over photos and a short bio on each which was great. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend

I'm very pleased with the service and guidance I have gotten from Pinnacle Air. They were able to work with my packed schedule and the gentleman who came to my house was right on time and so friendly. After an in depth check up on my full system he was able to do some maintenance to make sure my units were ready for the summer. I originally reached out to get a quote on a full replacement for two units. I was provided this quote but also the knowledge that my two units are in good shape and should be ready for another summer or two. I'm glad to have this quote on hand so I'm prepared

Having just moved here from out of state, we needed to have our HVAC serviced.
I called Pinnacle due to the good reviews and was not disappointed.
They saw immediately that the previous owner had been a smoker so they cleaned the coils. Then they found that our ducting was torn and repaired it.
We are very pleased! Adrian was great.

We used Pinnacle Air last year when a friend recommended them to us after we called 3 other companies when our A/C stopped working in the dead of summer. Brady answered the phone and was extremely polite and assured us that we would have someone out to us within an hour. They actually arrived 40 mins later and it ended up only being some kind of capacitor and cost us less than $100!! Couldn't have appreciated their truthfulness and kindness more. Will never use anyone else from now on!

My AC went out and I didn't know where to turn so I googled lol. This company came up so I called them and they were right there to help me! From the person who answered the phone to schedule my repair to the call I received to make sure I was completely satisfied was just so professional. The tech was on time, well dressed, his van was even clean on the outside. He made sure to explain every detail and took the time to answer all my questions without getting annoyed. The bill was fair and I actually felt like I should have paid more (that never happens)! I will recommend this company to anyone
