We are extremely pleased with the service and products we’ve purchased from Cassle. Our sales person, Edgar, was professional and thorough. He was also extremely responsive to our questions which came up after he left. We purchased a 16 foot insulated garage door with a new opener. We couldn’t be happier with both products. I called less than 15 min before closing. The gal who answered was super nice, we joked about quitting time, and she was able to get someone out to my house the next morning at 9am! So win-win!! The tech who came out was professional and very informative and helpful. He explained so many things to me that I became unsure if I'd remember it all! I ended up needing a new opener completely, but he took care of it in less than an hour, got everything reprogrammed, and left no mess. I'd recommend this company is a heartbeat!

I have done business with Castle for a few years and have always had a great experience. Carlos and Jose do great work and I always talked to Rachael in the office who was always pleasant to talk to and very knowledgable. I have a few houses that have been serviced and have never used anyone else but the last two times I have called I spoke with one girl that did not seem to know anything and she transferred me to another who was very rude and basically told me it was not her job to help me and she was busy. The repair person called when he was on his way and arrived during the set appointment window. He changed my older style springs to the springs on the bar over the door. His work was clean and quick. Loved my experience with Cassle Garage Door Co! I could not find the right weather strip for my specific door, it was such a headache. A few places I called said it would just be an inconvenience for them to come look at it and were not helpful. I had a spring break on my garage. Was in a hurry and called them based off of the reviews. Called them at 11:06am and they were at my house in Oakdale before noon. Replaced the broken hardware and was gone by 12:15pm.

My garage door had a mechanical malfunction which left it sitting at an angle with glass broken and in fairly poor shape. I called Cassle Garage Door the next morning and they arrived 3 hours later, (same day!). I had assumed that they would be recommending a new door as it appeared to be a major failure. They only had to repair my door with a few parts, realigned the door on the track(s) and added additional bracing on the sides. The door now works better that it ever has and it didn't cost me a fortune to get it fixed. Excellent service!!! I wish more companies were like this. Highly

Our garage door would not open this morning as I was leaving for work. We manage it get it open and get my car out. I shopped around for 2 doors and openers and I was about to go with this company but after a visit and a phone call with some follow up questions before I placed my order I got a strong feeling that the woman on the other end did not care about my business. She kept saying "just call us when you're ready" instead of taking the time to explain her answers to my concern, and dont ask to speak with the owner or a possible discount because its a simple "NO!". In the end I'm very happy with the next company I called that I found through Yelp.
