My name is Miles, I'm the owner of Newell Made Industries and we are a Silicon Valley finish carpentry contractor located in Sunnyvale. We fabricate and install custom stair treads, trim, crown moulding, baseboard, stair railings and other interior finishes as well as cabinetry, and custom millwork.
Miles and his team helped make this project a reality from the beginning idea to the final finish in place. We wanted a statement piece for our main conference room, something to brighten up the space and be nice and solid for years to come. He worked with us on the initial design, gave us input on the materials, and came up with a good selection of looks to choose from.

Our front door frame was cracked and seriously out of alignment. Most other carpenters and handymen refused the job or never responded. Miles was friendly, responsive and professional. He was able to come right over to take a look and make a recommendation. His price was very fair and he was flexible on scheduling. His work was thorough with beautiful attention to detail. He did all the leg work for us and offered us suggestions that actually saved us a bunch. We're planning to work with him on a larger project soon.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work Miles and his team put into our home. They corrected a mistake of another contractor, then we called them back to do the final trim work. I learned quickly, that installing trim looked easy to do, but should be left to professionals. Miles and his crew also went above and beyond what was needed so that everything looked perfect.

Newell Made Industries installed the oak hardwood flooring and molding/trim in our downstairs apartment during an extensive remodel of our circa 1870s Victorian.
It was great working with Miles, he showed up every day that he said he would and he finished his projects on time. He worked well with the other crew that we hired to do other things in the apartment, and his crew was always friendly and professional when we came down to check on progress.

Newell Made Industries hooked me up! Miles and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time and were super professional, walked me through the process of updating my trim and cabinetry. New cabinet doors and refacing for the kitchen, as well as new doors and casing throughout my house. They even helped me pick out a custom molding for the door casing and crown trim. They were a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them enough. Miles does top quality work, which as we all know in the Bay Area, can be hard to find.
