R&S built a custom pedestrian and vehicle gate at our home and did such a marvelous job from designing/planning, to installation, and to continued support and maintenance after the installation. Johny DaSilva is an outstanding designer and individual; Vanessa Silva always provided amazing support and response times; their team members like Jordan are incredibly thorough and take great pride in customer service and each detail. We've used so many vendors while building a new house and R&S was by far one of the best. We' infinite to use and refer them indefinitely.

I've ordered my garage door in June. We are now in second week of December and the door still have not come in. They don't have an answer to when it will be coming in. R&S door this is unacceptable. Very unreliable, unresponsive.

When I ordered the door, Ryan said it will arrive in October 17. October 17th came no word from Ryan. Then, I was told that it's on the way in 2nd week of November. The 2nd week of November came. When we spoke with Crystal/ Ryan that it will be in December. So, we're in 6th months, yet still no definitive

Spring broke on my garage door. Called R&S in the morning and got an appointment later that day. Ryan and his coworker came and had my garage door working again in about 30 minutes. Great service.

Today R&S Erection finished our automated driveway gates and they did an excellent job starting from Johny coming out to meet us and go over ideas/design, then the implementation phase with the highly skilled welders (Jesse Gaye) that came out to perform the work.

Jesse was extremely professional, on-time, highly skilled, and communicated very well with us.

Overall, very happy with the service and product.

I've used them before for my garage door opener repairs with excellent workmanship and prices. Today I finally had them replace my 20 year old garage door opener. Excellent technicians, service and price. I highly recommend this company.

I had them come over to fix our gate. In about 10 minutes they told me that the issue was with our phone line, so I'll have to call my phone company. They charged me $250 to tell me that....

R&S Erection dispatched Ryan Magante out to fix my garage door. He arrived on time,performed quality work and did so in a timely manner. He also gave me maintenance tips to keep my door functioning properly. Throughout the service Ryan was friendly and professional. It's getting rare to receive good customer service but this company gets high marks from me. Thank you Ryan!

OVERPRICING!!!
My aluminium back door in my store was not working and l call them to check.
Just for come and check the problem they charge me $ 297.
he said the pivot set must change and my boss will send you the quotation.
Next day l receive the price for repairing and together the money l give at the beginning, he ask from me $ 1.200 explanation of the repair was pivot change and labor..
I check from the net, the pivot set for my door is $32 / set.
And my all door if l want to change to brand new is between $ 650 - 700.
When l ask to Mario ( owner ) he said my brand new door is between 4

The quote process was very professional. I was informed when the doors were ready. Ryan and Mark showed up on time and finished with no issue. Very professional. Love our new garage doors.

R&S of Concord installed our garage door and did not complete the job. We now have an expensive garage door with huge electrical wires hanging from the opener. It looks like something a group of 9 year olds put together in a backyard tree fort. I tried to get the installer to finish the job so that it looks presentable and is non hazardous, but he refused (a 20 minute job, and ace is one mile away).

Take a look at the pictures. We wouldn't use this company again.

I'm an HOA manager and R&S is my go-to gate and door company in the east Bay Area. I recently started managing a new community with pools and tennis courts and electronic key readers and we've been having lots of issues - R & S has been helping us out a lot, including a last minute emergency fix on a Friday afternoon that was a life saver. Johny and Vanessa have been great and always willing to help out. Highly recommended!

R&S replaced our old garage door. Frank came the same day after my call. He explained and had door samples of a variety of doors. We worked with him and selected 3 different doors. He provided a quotation for all of the 3 doors.
We discussed the options and met wIth him again to finalize the option. We finalized the option based on the sample, quote and very detailed explanation of pros and cons.
The door waS installed about 3 weeks ago.
Frank came while the door was being installed to make sure all is right.
His installer team was great.

R & S id a great job replacng our garage door opener. They were super accomodating and worked with us on timing. A special shout out to Ryan Magante our tech. We had issues getting our app working and he check in with us the next day to make sure it all came together.

Quick story.
I had a car drive through my garage door. I called R&S and spoke with Frank. He was at my house within 24 hours. He then got the quote back to me by the end of the day. Long story short the quote was completed, signed and the work was scheduled within three days.
On the day of the job, the technician Frank (a different one) called and gave me an ETA to my home. He was prompt, did a helluva job and cleaned up after himself. The project was completed a week after initial contact.
They were the original installers of the door and did the repair also. No need to go anywhere else. R

Can't say enough good things about the whole experience working with R&S Erection. We love our new garage door! Great experience from start to finish working with the R&S team. Frank Z. the estimator was super helpful. He answered all of our questions and got us scheduled. The installers Jonathan G. and Ryan M. were awesome. They did an amazing job with the installation and explained everything about our new door. Big thanks to the whole team!

I am over enthused with they guys. I manage a shop out in Antioch and it's not in the best neighborhood, 8 o'clock at night I called the emergency line and 45 minutes later Brandon & Brian showed up at my shop and killed it. They were able to get the door released quickly and functioning to the point where we could close up and open again in the morning. I have a few recommendations for repair on the way, but these guys were on it. Thank you!!!

This company is fantastic. Beginning with my initial phone call to Monique to the quote by Frank and the final install work by Ryan. Each and every one of them was courteous, explained in detail the work involved and answered all of the questions I had. Ryan and his associate did not rush the job and made sure that the door was completed to my satisfaction before they left.
They are licensed and bonded unlike some of the contractors that came out to give a bid on the job. They are also competitive in their pricing. I will be using them again on other jobs in the future.

Another great experience with the Concord team. This is the one thing we did not change when we replaced the door as it Chamberlain Pro came with our home. While it was a 2006 model it was having some issues so I reached back out to Frank Zelenka to discuss my options. We settled on the Liftmaster 8550 (Jack Shaft). The install went by Ryan and Jonathan went very smooth.
