I noticed how much my house was sloping beyond what Google said was the normal range. I do not have a deep understanding of engineering or home construction, and so I grew concerned. I reached out to 3 different companies, detailing my concerns. Damien from SSI was the only one who responded and followed up with me. He was very kind and patient. Structural Systems did a great job of filling hole in a slab above my shower. The slab was damaged when the unit above me replaced their shower pan but did not replace the concrete. Structural Systems managed to fill the hole from below without removing the shower pan from above. Jeff and Mike were great to work with. Very friendly, professional, and provides great service! Only reason I can't say good value is because the owner of the unit above paid the bill.

Structural Systems Inc. (SSI) successfully completed a big project at our home. Our backyard is a very steep slope and retaining walls we had built were cracking and falling apart. Damien, President of SSI, came to our home to do an initial assessment then had their engineers evaluate the soil conditions and put together a comprehensive and well thought out analysis to arrest further slippage, contain the retaining walls in place, and solidify the steep slope.

I decided to go with this company because they fully explained to me how they were going to repair spalling of my garage support wall. They were the only ones that told me that they were going to tie the newly repaired portion of the wall into the existing garage floor to keep the walling from falling over. Gabe Arratia was my point of contact and he was very polite, dedicated to his job and kept me apprised of ongoing work. His two workers were outstanding and kept their work area clean and neat as they worked and was truly concerned about trying to keep the noise down and not disturb my neighbors

I would not trust anyone else but Structural Systems when it comes to my home's foundation. Structural Systems did an inspection on my home in Kaneohe while I was in escrow. They found issues with the foundation that the previous owners were unaware of and saved me over $30,000 on the asking price based on what they found.

SSI just completed a repair on our concrete tile foundation. Proposal a few hundred dollars less than the competitors. Slight hiccup in the beginning trying to schedule repair before painting to take place very soon. But got start date set up.

It is not a happy day when you realize you must find a company to level your house. We checked all of the possible companies that would do such a thing. Structural Systems Inc. had the best recommendations. To make things worse, we are located on Kauai. No problem for Structural Systems, they shipped heavy equipment, supplies and piers to level the house to Kauai on the barge.
