Attics: We use fire retardant foam when doing ceilings in existing home to eliminate the ignition barrier. Usually in a house, we would use open cell spray foam. However, this is not always the case. There are many occasions in the Hill country that we recommend a closed foam for its strength and rigidity.
Fire Retardent spray foam for your roof deck can greatly increases your savings. Plus, foam insulation allows you to use a much smaller HVAC system (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning). For attics, we use fire retardant spray foam. It does not require a fire retardant barrier. It is much cheaper to install the fire retardant foam than to add an extra step applying spray foam plus an inefficient ignition barrier.

I had Jared come out and do a spray foam for our new tool equipment building and an existing three car garage. He called me over a holiday weekend and had a little slack in their schedule for the coming Monday. They were there on time, everything was cleaned and swept out in perfect. They did extremely well on taping up the existing lights and fans. We have another building going up and look forward to the next setting. Would highly recommend with a thumbs up.

Working on a 2250sqft Mueller Steel building to make a home. Doing most of it myself with some help. Gave these guys a call. He explained a lot over the phone. I got a quote I was happy with. They came in, took care of business, and cleaned up before they left. Here came the test. Cold snap. I do not have an AC or Heater hooked up and running yet. I have dryer vent holes, bathroom vent holes cut in with those flapper devices. Still had 3 inch plumbing vent pipes wide open. It fell below freezing outside for 36 hours when i went to work on my house. I woke up Saturday morning and it was 17 degrees
