I have been recommended by a few people to call Ken Caryl Glass. At the moment I had a repair issue with a shower glass door. They didn't offer repairs for item but referred me to a great person- Home Tech Handyman. Honest, reliable, reasonable prices.

I am a small business owner that does not specialize in this field. At the sales counter when I require parts or information to serve my clients, I always get the most outstanding experience thanks to Katie, Morgan, and with info especially Danielle. I had a great experience with this company which I found to be very honest. They came to my home, inspected my broken window, and fixed the major issue very quickly. They also advised me how repairing the window in full would be very expensive and would not be worth it. I love that they got my window to 90% of where I wanted it to be at a fraction of the cost thanks to their honesty!

My wife and I recently purchased some glass shower doors for our new house and we are extremely happy with how they turned out! There was a bit of a mix up on one of the doors, but they fixed the problem right away and made sure we ended up with what we wanted. I have needed assistance with older home replacement parts; from window cranks and shoes, to door handles, to specialty pieces. The team is always helpful and easy to work with. What a great experience! Needed to replace a broken pane of glass on a fireplace insert. Called first to make sure they could do it and was greeted by a friendly and helpful customer service rep. Sorry I can't remember her name but she was most helpful. I brought the door to them, they evaluated it, told me the type of glass (specialty fir the fireplace), size, cost and time-frame to get it fixed all upfront. Quoted me a 4 day turn time bus said they would get to it sooner if they could. Received a call from them 2 days later letting me know it was finished and ready to go. Great craftsmanship

Ken Caryl glass was an amazing company who honestly installed some beautiful glass in my brand new master bath. The tile was all just laid right before their install of my shower glass. I contacted them immediately same day of install to inform them that a tile was cracked during the install. The tile does connect to glass hardware. I was informed by Noah that the crack was not caused by Ken Caryl Glass and there was anything they could do to fix or make the issue right. Thats the

I ordered two large custom (expensive) mirrors and a frameless glass shower wall and door for my bathroom remodels. When they came out to install, they couldn't figure out how to get the mirrors in, even though the estimator had said it would be not problem. They had also cut the outlet openings in one of the mirrors incorrectly. They came back a second time, and this time the openings were correct but turns out the measurements were incorrect (estimator's error) so again could not install. Finally were able to get the mirrors installed the 3rd time they came out but I have noticed

When I bought my house in Highlands Ranch, the only thing needed was to replace the master bedroom window & the small window on the shed. So first step in finding a good window company was to check around, look in flyers, and of course check Yelp!
I set up 3 estimates with Pella, Anderson & Ken Caryl Glass, with the latter being the first estimate, followed by the other 2. Both Pella & Anderson stayed in the house for over an hour, showing me about UV rays, double pane glass, and both tried to talk me into getting windows in the whole house, although the other windows in the home

Had these guys come to Lakewood to get an estimate on a couple hail damaged windows. They came out and looked but never followed up. After a couple of weeks I called them and the girl on the phone sounded surprised that no one got back to me. After speaking to the rep that looked at my window, he blamed the delay on Andersen windows and would look to get replacement from home depot. Again no further response. Eventually I had to order the part myself through Andersen and will have to find someone else to install. Very disappointing considering these guys came highly recommended.

I just want to offer up a huge thank you to Ian and the rest of the team at Ken Caryl Glass for replacing my windows. I live downtown Denver, and it was incredibly challenging to find a firm that was willing to take on a tough job. I live in the second story of a building, and I needed to have two large windows replaced. Almost every other firm I spoke to simply said "no thanks," it was too difficult for them.

Our installers, Joe and Aaron, ensured each piece of glass was placed exactly where we wanted, and were meticulous in completing all the silicon seams. I just had the most wonderful experience! I needed a glass replaced in a small basement window sliding pane. I called around to a number of places got the best price from Ken Caryl Glass. It was a half hour drive from my house. I knew going that they would need a couple days to do the work. When I mentioned the drive the woman said hang on a moment, she went and did some checking came back and said have a seat we're going to do it for you right now!! Within 5 minutes they were done and my bill was 1/3 less than the quote on the phone!! I went away an extremely happy and pleased customer!!

Our business has used this company many times, we have a custom metal shop and do some construction. They have always given us a good price, and I have always spoken with someone immediately when I call. They are always very polite. Sometimes they do not get back with you immediately but always within a day or so and they have always been professional with us.
