We started over 25 years ago in the Volusia Flagler area with a local Servpro Franchise, but always had the dream of owning our own restoration company. That dream became WILCO Restoration. We are always participating in new technology and training courses as well as studying on our own to gain additional knowledge to always improve ourselves for our customers.

Call us first! Most insurance companies prefer that you begin cleanup and damage repair as soon as possible. The faster we get there, the less damage there will be. I was particularly impressed by Darren's ability to command a room and get people on board with ideas. Darren's ability to multitask was unlike anything I've seen before and made a dramatic difference in the production process. He has the experience to handle the toughest jobs. Darren is a detail orientated District Manager, He is customer service and quality service driven.

I had a shower that I didn't know was moldy behind the tile until the tile just moved. Joe and the crew came over, evaluated the situation and told me west needed to be done. They were extremely respectful of my house and my time. They took care of my problem in a reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable price.

Lightning struck my house & caused a fire in late July and that was when I met Wilco Restoration for the first time. They are the most caring, compassionate, hard working people you will ever meet. Having this disaster happen to me, not knowing what to do at all, Wilco came in saved me from a complete meltdown. For the first 2 months, they busted their tails every single day getting my house ready for the rebuild process. I am truly thankful for all of them and now call them family. We had a mold issue in our bathroom and laundry room. I called Joe and he came right over to look at it. He had his team there the next morning. They were very professional and did a great job! I’d call them again and refer them to my friends. Great group to work with. They were there every step of the way. Made a bad situation better.

We had a flood in my sisters townhouse and called these guys at 2AM and they responded with a crew by 3:45AM. I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail these guys showed. It toke four days to get the house dried and ready for repairs and they came every day to inspect at the exact time they said they come and toke the time to explain on a daily bases how the progress was coming along.
Hope I never have to use them again, however I know who to call should I need it
