I told them my address and asked if they went that far. I was told no problem. They made an appointment and 2 weeks later called me and said sorry you live to far away. Said 30 miles was their limit and I live exactly 30 miles away which I told them to start with. I basically wasted 2 weeks waiting for my appointment that they made for nothing.

Ordered over $1000. in blinds. Fortunately, I did not order another $1500. for lanai blinds. First they installed the blinds with the openings on the wrong side. Then the installer said he was not trying to be a d____bag to a 71 year old lady. One set of blinds were not measured properly and they were totally wrong. I called the owner and spoke to the father and the son and they were extremely rude and would not let me speak. They yelled a lot. One of them threatened to take down the 3 sets they put up and I would lose my $500. deposit and leave me with no blinds on my windows. They redid the blinds

Brett from Absolute Blinds came out and went over our window treatment options with us. Going into the store to pick our final colors was quick and easy with their super friendly staff. Starting with speaking With Doug in the office, then Brett giving us an estimate, Mason and his helper installing our roller shades, then Mitch installing our plantation shutters the whole process was extremely smooth and there were no issues. Loved that from the first phone call Mary Frances was professional and helpful. She told me that nobody works on commission and that it is a father-son family business. When Brett showed up, he was low pressure and helped me make the right choices for my home. I was so pleased with Mason and Keyshawn, the installers, who were so polite and fast working. They even turned one of my existing blinds around so they opened from the other side. I am so pleased with my experience from start to finish. Quality blinds and thet are so beautiful! Let me just start with saying that Absolute Blinds did a great job at my house!! I ordered 4" hardwood shutters with sill covers for all windows and four automatic blinds with cornices for the patio doors. It's been four months since installation and I was confident I was going to like my new window coverings, I just didn't realize how much I was going to like them!! They are beautiful and of utmost quality....I'd say that I would use Absolute Blinds again, but the quality of my window coverings are such that they will probably never need replaced...knock on hardwood.
