Charlie did an amazing job on our shower!!! He completed the job in a timely manner, was professional and friendly, and the completed project is gorgeous! He also did a wonderful job with giving us a custom finish to our bathtub, as I wanted a bigger tub, and it protruded farther than it should have from the wall. He made the tub look as if it was supposed to be there rather than a problem that had to be solved. It now looks ‘fancy’ as Charlie put it. :) I agree! The bathroom is still under construction, so ignore the ripped up floor, but you can see his excellent work. We highly recommend

Charlie was super responsive, he came out right away to give an estimate and we had it in our email before he left our home. He was very reasonable and did excellent work. He is very clean and very respectful of the clients property. This was a very pleasant experience. I was worried about a company coming out and taking advantage of my elderly mother, however he was very professional, and did extra work that was not included in the estimate for no charge because he thought it would bother my mom to see the tiles if they were not perfect. He was able to replace and match the cracked tiles

Times are crazy right now with material prices through the roof and a severe shortage of skilled craftsmen. Luckily, I found Arrowhead Tile here on Yelp. Charlie was willing to work with me and help me with what many other contractors considered to be too small of a job. He effectively functioned as a project manager for me, picking up materials I ordered and calling in other trustworthy vendors in his network. Always super responsive on text and the phone. Quality work at a fair price. Oh and the tile looks great too!

We hired Charlie to tile our shower, two bathroom floors and install our granite countertops. He did each project with excellence in both his work and his customer service. He was flexible, worked tirelessly to meet our deadlines and was amazing to work with. His attention to detail was incredible and all the projects turned out even better than we had expected. We’ve worked with Charlie for many years on many projects. In our home he replaced all of our flooring and remodeled our disabled daughter’s bathroom (built a handicapped bathroom). Arrowhead Tile has done 2 bathroom remodels for us this year. Tile work is beautiful and precise, communication is outstanding, and every one of the workers was pleasant & respectful. I'm so happy with our new bathrooms, and highly recommend Charlie and his team. I hope to work with him again when it's time for the kitchen remodel!

We had our outdoor kitchen repaired. Charlie was fantastic. The kitchen turned out better than we ever expected. We were able to save the original granite tiles while getting a new weatherproof base. They were clean, efficient and completed on schedule.

FANTASTIC! Beautiful work done by talented Charles Stevenson, a contractor who actually showed up as promised. The work was done within the established budget in a timely manner. He took our idea and enhanced the design, and now the bathroom is gorgeous. He kept the place neat and clean while he worked: I found him sweeping my hallways at the end of the job. He's so good at what he does, I'm trying to think of something else to tile. Maybe the driveway ... ?

Charlie is a competent tile contractor and did a great job on my shower. He is nice, well mannered, and easy to work with. I phoned multiple tile contractors to solicit bids. Charlie was quick to respond to my inquiry. He came by my house two days later, arrived on time, and emailed me a bid for multiple projects that evening. Even though he was busy, and in the middle of larger jobs, he expressed a willingness to work during the late afternoon to squeeze in my project. Two days later, he started with the prep work.
