Ron and the LI Poolscapes crew did an amazing job on our new patio. True artisan experts in their field. From demo day to final cleanup, Ron, Justin, John, and Mike were the utmost professional. Our patio was built spot on to the sketch provided and they accommodated a few additions with ease. Ron, his son Justin, and their helper do exceptional work. It all starts like any other job, with an estimate. Ron comes to do the estimate when he says he will and listens to exactly what you tell him. There is a lot more to what the finished product looks like when hiring a pro to do a job. Ron owns the company, does the work, and absolutely loves building his creations. The man LOVES his job, as does his son. I first met Ron 5 years ago when I hired him to do the patio around my newly installed pool. Ron along with his son Justin do exceptional work. There work is so good that I hired them two more times. Long island pool scapes has done three projects at my house and we love all of them.there craftsmanship and attention to detail was second to none. the first project was a brick stoop and a brick pavers for a walk way it added so much curb appeal to the front of my house. the second project was a brick fire pit Ron and Justin made sure everything was perfect they installed a cooking grill so not only can we enjoy the ombionce with friends and family we can cook a quick meal over a wood fire that tastes amazing. the third project was a brick stoop and a brick patio comming off the back of the house

The worst possible thing we did was having Pool scapes install our pool. They DID NOT stand by any of the work!!! First the heater broke within 1 month. Then the liner wrinkled , the center drains are sticking up 2 inches in the deep end!! They never grated sand on the bottom properly before installing liner, which naturally caused holes by the following season!!! When we called on numerous occasions they wouldn’t back any of their work!!! Had to hire another company to fix all their mistakes and replace the liner !!! DON’T USE UNLESS YOU WANT AGGRAVATION AND DOUBLE COSTS WITH REPAIRS!!!!
