I have been in the lock smithing business going on 12 years and love my job every day. We are local owned and operated. I have a growing family of 4 kids with a wonderful wife that helps keep this business up and running every day. She loves locksmithing as much as I do when I am out in the field. We partner with other groups every day to help the community.

Last night my cats locked myself and my boyfriend out of the house. Yes, you read that right, the cats. They were playing inside and knocked the lock bar into the sliding door while we were out on the patio. After laughing about it we realized there was no way back inside. I called Josh and he came to our rescue.

A really amazing company. My neighbor locked herself out of her house, her garage door code wouldn't work, and she was stuck. I googled locksmiths, and found Rusk to be close-by. Josh answered right away, and gave me an estimate of when he would be here. He kept in contact to keep us apprised of his ETA, and arrived on time. A super nice guy, who did quick and effective job getting into the house. He even tows a mobile office and made extra keys too. I'd call Rusk again in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh! The BEST Locksmith around. They have come out to help me twice now in an emergency. Literally dropped everything to come help. They were fast and professional and very reasonable prices...Especially considering they were so quick to get out to me. A GREAT family company. I highly recommend them!

First of all, this is an actual locksmith company and not just a number that connects you with an independent contractor that may be unavailable at a later date.

We were locked out of our laundry room (and garage) because of a broken handle and lock and Josh came out in the evening and fixed the door handle, as well as re-doing the garage keypad.

The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

Hard to believe, but this vendor is as good as the other reviewers said. Josh answered my call on a Wednesday afternoon and was at my door in 15 minutes. He re-keyed the whole house in about an hour. Very pleasant and professional in all respects. I wish I could give 10 stars.

This guy is shady. Don't trust him.
I had him come to a rental l have and asked him to change all the locks to the same key.
TWICE he had to "run back to the shop" because he forgot something. Then he asks me if l live there and what hours l work and if l live alone.
So after about 4 hours of changing 3 locks he hands me a bill for $375.00
What a joke.
BEWARE THIS GUY IS A SHYSTER!!!!
