At our heart, Southern Vermont Solar is a licensed, full-service, turnkey commercial installer that has designed, permitted and constructed over 20 commercial PV arrays around Southern Vermont, including several 3 phase systems as large as 685kW. Each commercial and business project takes a specific approach from start to finish.
Solar electrical systems have almost no moving parts, are low-maintenance, and rarely need service, but, if a problem arises we are here to put things right. We offer easy no-hassle rapid response solutions, take care of all warranty work, and know how to get the job done for all inverter, module, and system of balance component issues.

Great experience with these guys! Southern Vermont solar helped us with tips on where to go for funding and we were able to obtain local funding. They are knowledgeable, helped us navigate our options, and had good follow through, even in the middle of the craziness of the pandemic! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend for anyone with the land to do it!

Having my solar panels and double Tesla PowerWall installed by Southern Vermont Solar has been a very positive experience. There were few delays as they kept to installation dates scheduled. Simon and his installation crew were very knowledgeable and efficient and the work was of excellent quality. Simon is very willing and able to explain all aspects of the system and how it works. Our experience with Southern Vermont Solar could not have been any better. The work itself was done very well. To say that they went above and beyond expectations would be an understatement. Furthermore, they were tireless advocates and helped with every step necessary to get us enrolled in competitive programs all the way through dealing with tax exemptions. I will honestly miss having them work with us now that the work is all done.

Simon is VERY knowledgeable and professional. He was the only solar "guy" who didn't try to oversell us on a system that was larger than we needed. His crew was also very professional &, courteous. They all did an awesome job. Simon & Victoria were also great in follow-up after completion of the job. We are 100% pleased with all aspects of our experience with Southern Vt. Solar.

After interviewing 3 companies, I chose Southern Vermont Solar for a variety of reasons. Simon and Victoria and their team did an amazing job from the first contact to the walk through and wrap up. The bar is pretty high to meet my expectations of how a contracted project should flow, and SVT surpassed my expectations every step of the way. I recommend them without reservations.
