Bailey Asphalt has been in the asphalt business in Southwest Michigan for over 20 years. Within the Bailey Family, asphalt has been a way of life for generations dating back to the 1950's. As time has passed, previous generation have worked many years and subsequently retired from the asphalt business.
Bailey Asphalt is the premier asphalt paving company in the greater Michiana area. We work within a 90 mile radius of Niles, MI encompassing all of Southwest Michigan ad Northern. Indiana. We have and will also travel further for specific commerical projects outside our normal service area. Bailey Asphalt specializes in all new construction asphalt installation and damaged asphalt repair.

I have been working to prepare my property for the builder to get started in the Spring, but was rushed to beat the winter weather. I contacted Ken Bailey to install a driveway to allow the trucks to move their heavy equipment to the homesite. Although Ken had already let his crew go for the winter season, he responded quickly with a quote and did the job himself! Thank you Ken for your prompt response!

We used Bailey Asphalt to replace our gravel driveway with asphalt, in addition to adding a turnaround space. Ken was outstanding to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. It is consistently smooth, and just looks great. Ken's crew did the site prep and paving in one day. His pricing was very reasonable, and we would use him again in a heartbeat. They are an honest and dependable company.
A few months after the project, our driveway was damaged when a vehicle went off the road. Ken came out and patched the damage (patch is very smooth and fits right in). We recommend Bailey

They did great work! They were professional and detailed. After the job, they cleaned up well and made sure I was satisfied.
Ken, the owner, was also on the site working along side his crew. You can tell a lot about a company where the owner is on site making sure the job is done right and getting their hands dirty.

I called this business yesterday, not sure who I spoke with because they answered the phone “Hello?” After ensuring I contacted the correct number for Bailey’s Asphalt I explained the issue I was having and out of no where the man said “my time is money and I’m not doing a repair for $400”. At this point I had not said one thing about money, I just needed a quote and scope of work so I could have a very time sensitive issue corrected at a property I manage. I can’t speak for this companies work because I was not given the opportunity to have the work completed before the representative

Ken and his guys were great! I had tried to contact other pavers and Ken was the only one to call me back right away and schedule time to come give me a quote...very much appreciate his open and quick communication whereas the others in his line of work wouldn't even call me back! My REALLY LONG driveway looks awesome. They were in and out in 2 days... we are very happy with out the guys left our house (no trash and very mindful of the yard) and very excited to have a paved driveway! No more dust.. would definitely recommend!
