Under impossible circumstances, Madison walked me through a huge job that involved making decisions on several trees in my yard and taking two 85’ trees over the top of my home without much room for error on any side. She and her entire team were extremely professional, respectful and left my property better than they found it especially given the amount of equipment used on site. I am so grateful for Pioneer Tree Service and the work Madison Gantt is doing!

I had an emergency tree situation at my residence. Madison Gantt was at my home within an hour or so of my phone request and had an estimate to me that evening. The crew arrived early following morning. The split section and the entire tree was down, yard and driveway cleared and all debris removed by midday. Madison was so kind and courteous and professional. The crew did an excellent job. This was an outstanding service experience! Call on this company! Very appreciative of their prompt, honest approach.

I can not speak highly enough about Pioneer! Madison came and gave me an estimate and I immediately loved her. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had several other company's take a look at the tree, one turned me down due to the complexity of it and the others did not offer clean up like I was wanting and lacked professionalism.
The price was right about what I was expecting. They were quick to come and do the job. Keith came out and was getting everything set up as I was leaving for work and he was so sweet and funny. I got home from work and it was as if the tree was never there

This company does incredible work! We hired them to cut down a massive tree in our backyard that was hanging over our house. Not only did they come in with the cheapest quote out of 3 companies, but once we hired them, they came out and got the job done the next day. By the time I got home from work, they had fully cut down the tree, ground the stump, cleaned up all of the debris, and even swept off our front and back porch. They did an incredible job and I really can't recommend them enough!

Wonderful job! I cannot be more pleased! The guys came and trimmed up an Oak Tree in the backyard and exceeded my expectations! This is by far the BEST tree service company in Columbia! Madison S. is more than helpful and walked me through the whole process of how things are done and how the tree could be saved. The customer service is incredible! I almost wish I had more trees that needed attention as I know the job would be wonderful. I recommend Pioneer Tree Service 100%!

Great service. The owner of the company, Madison, personally came out to quote the work and go over stump grinding and all of the trees and limbs I needed removed. Madison answered all of my questions about the equipment that would be used and did a great job setting my expectations. I'm in construction and know what this work should cost and was surprised that the quote came in under my estimate. I couldn't have the work done right away as I had other things going on but when I was ready they promptly put me on schedule. The work was completed quickly and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards

I was very impressed with Madison and her crew. They were the third company I called for a quote and came in just a bit above the second company I called. We had a tree leaning toward our house and it had started to move. She made every effort to get out as soon as possible and get that tree down for us which is why I chose Pioneer. Her guys worked quickly and effectively. They used a crane to remove the trees from my back yard. There was some rutting caused from the crane but she warned me about that and I expected it. They used thick plywood in an effort to avoid most of the damage which I appreciated
