Spent $1350 to have a water heater installed only for it to fail a year later. I called them for service, they dont carry parts... I got the parts myself, they wont come out to service it. They always tell you they will call you back, and then they never do.

We waited three months for a refurbished furnace to be installed. The owner of the company dropped off a used furnace but did not connect it or start it up. Four different employees at my office logged more than 25 calls to Dixon, trying to get someone to finish the project or refund our deposit. Meanwhile the rental property sat empty waiting on a furnace. We finally had to give up and have another company install a new furnace. I requested that Dixon return our deposit of $605. Once I did that, Mr. Dixon entered our property without informing us (trespassing), and found that we had installed

3 generations of my family have been using Dixon heating and cooling. You can't ask for a more honest company that will do what needs to be done to get you backup and running as affordably as possible. Response times are excellent even in the busiest of times and the professionalism and quality of his technicians is bar none a head of the pack.
