Joe has done work for us in the past that has been great. This time he worked with our old house that had one pair of original columns in the foyer but one pair of not historically correct replacement ones. He built custom columns that matched the original ones perfectly. You can't tell that one set is from 1889 and one from 2021. They look amazing.

We did a full house remodel and working with Joe was by far the best experience of the whole process. He was super prompt in his response time and willing to make changes without question. He was actually able to finish the cabinets quicker than his quoted date, which was awesome. He has smart and thoughtful advice and never feels like he is trying to sell you extras just to make a dime. In fact, he was by far the most reasonably priced quote we got, and he seemed to be more worried about my budget than I was! Joe is an excellent designer who submitted superior architectural drawings of my cabinets. The work was done in the timeframe we decided upon and installation went very smoothly. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Joe is a perfectionist with an easy personality…an absolute delight to work with.

It was a wonderful experience. Joseph and Dory are both incredible communicators. The cost was just slightly more than Menard's . The quality was 20 times better than Menard's. You can pick your wood and design however you want. I also need to add that the patience of both Dory and Joseph was incredible. They would carefully talk through everything with me. Also Joseph's experience with what works and what doesn't work was really helpful.

Joe Otto and co. provide excellent craftsmanship and customer service. We desired a bookcase and a shelving unit made to match the existing oak finish/trim in our home as well as pull-out drawers installed in existing cabinets. After providing details and photos, Otto replied the next day with a bid for the work. His timeline and production schedule proved to be spot-on. The installers fit all cabinets so perfectly that they appear to be part of the original construction. Overall, Joseph Otto made no false claims, had no missed deadlines, clearly communicated throughout the design/installation

We've used Joe's Custom Cabinetry for a window bench built in, mud room built in, off site cabinet door repainting, and minor cabinet repairs over the last 4 years. Both the finished product and the experience throughout are always top notch. The quality of both built-ins has been superb. We've been shocked at the amount of abuse both built in's have held up to from 3 young, active children. Think standing in drawers, hanging from shelves, and jumping on benches-it's truly impressive. I had kitchen cabinet rollouts installed. Their design suggestions were great and they did NOT try to oversell. Customer service was outstanding. At install, a minor measurement issue became apparent--they apologized, explained the issue i detail and took that part back to the shop to prefabricate overnight. The revision was installed the next day. Best thing ever to improve/organize cabinet storage space and conserve aging knees!

We had an unusual kitchen cabinet scenario. My husband had welded a frame that held up the concrete counter top, but we had stalled out at putting cabinets/drawers below. Joe was great at working with an unusual situation (how to attach to the steel framing) and creative with solutions. The results are top notch even in this "nothing with a right angle older kitchen". The process was easy as well, very responsive to calls and emails, measured within a week of the initial consult and install three weeks later. Joe and his team were fantastic! Joe helped me think through the redesign of my condo kitchen so that every inch is useable and lovely. Joe and his team were very professional, easy to work with, provided top quality work, and did a superb job managing the construction process (and cleanup). Several people in my condo building also commented about how nice the guys were during the two-day process. I love my new kitchen cabinets and highly recommend Joe and his crew! One of the best decisions I've made!
