Since founding Associates in Architecture and Planning, Inc., in 1995, owner Andrew Conlyn has worked to create beautiful and functional structures for many clients in the private, public and government sector. The main difference you'll find at Associates and Architecture and Planning, Inc., is the attentive service each client receives.
From the initial planning stages to the final design of each building, Associates in Architecture and Planning works closely with every client. Such one-on-one service ensures that the final result is a structure that meets their functional needs, aesthetic requests and budget requirements. While we provide customary architectural services in Fort Myers, Florida, we also strive to fulfill all development needs of the client.
Construction was completed in 2006 on these two separate one story buildings. The project consisted of two mirror image Florida style buildings each 4,800 s.f. The _ acre site is located off McGregor and Cypress Lake Drive and adjacent to the Cypress Lake Shopping Center. Building No. 1 site offers 13 parking spaces and building #2 has 20 parking spaces.
Construction is currently underway on these two medical office buildings. This 3.76 acres site is located on Veterans Park Drive in North Naples. These two story, mirror image buildings are 19,000 s.f. each with covered walk entrances and Mediterranean style. The site design offers 132 parking spaces which includes covered parking areas on each side of the building.
