This company is absolutely the worst in customer service. 16 phone calls with 7 different people to get a delivery date. Then the delivery date and time was incorrect. No call to let us know that no one was going to show up. We had to call several times more to speak with the correct people on the install date and time. Don't use this company if you can avoid it. If I could give negative stars I would.

I moved into a home in Rialto Ca the weekend after I moved in there was a wind event and blew down the fence. I got about 5 estimates and Mesa was the top choice, due to covid 19 the project got push back. Which I understand but they finally came out and replaced the old fence with a new one. The two gentlemen came out and got right to work. They did not mess around it took the one day of work which was amazing. They were very nice and professional about every aspect of the job. Even took away the old fence 5 stars all around highly recommended.

The fence installers did such a good job! They came to the house on time broke down and removed the old fence like it never existed. Site was neat and clean you couldn't even tell there was work happening. There was a little miss understanding but it was handled and resolved professionally in no time. I'd definitely would recommend Mesa and use them for any future fencing jobs.

I would give 0 stars if that was allowed. We had an appointment for an estimate this morning. A large job broken up into 3 phases. Leland called my husband before the appointment time & basically said that they couldn't do anything that we needed. I hope he is the owner because otherwise he shouldn't be dealing with the customers. We wanted to go with a local company & help someone out during these times. But I guess they have so much business they can call & tell you they don't want the job without even seeing it in person. We need a power wrought iron gate for our large

Last week we had a vinyl fence and vinyl gate built by Mesa Fence Co. We are very pleased with the results. Brett put together our estimate, and it was very reasonable. You could tell he had a very thorough knowledge of every aspect of fence building. Our fence was built by Alex (foreman) and his side kick, Noe. They built an awesome vinyl fence for us on our backyard side hill. It looks fantastic! Also they built a solid great vinyl gate. These two gentlemen were super throughout the entire process. Definitely 5 star service! I would definitely use Mesa Fence again.

Mesa Fence Company - After reading reviews online seeking a company to put up a fence on part of our property, we contacted a few. Mesa Fence came out and gave us a bid. The three bids were close in price, but I was impressed with the person giving the bid and his clarity. It took another month to save up enough money and that week the virus hit. This delayed the work, but they kept us informed and then gave us a date. Since it was only about 60 feet, only two guys showed up and we talked briefly and gave us an estimated time for completion. Just had an absolutely wonderful experience with Mesa Fence Co. They quickly came out to our property. Gave us a quote and started and completed our fence to exceed our expectations. Update: I am very happy and pleased at the way things have been handled. The owner John personally called me the following day to try to get this misunderstanding resolved. He personally came out to do an estimate and I am currently waiting on that email. I've got to switch this rating to a five star for this. The personal customer service definitely changed my view on the situation.

Great job start to finish. Brett came out to give me an estimate to install a vinyl fence at my house. Very reasonable estimate for my small fencing job, (34 ft of 6 ft high vinyl fencing, plus a 10 ft wide, drive thru gate). The install crew was very professional and efficient. They did a very good job, cleaned up the area after completing the job, and the fence looks great. Thank You Mesa Fence.

If getting a quote is any indication of what to expect with the fence, then I'd go somewhere else. First off, they take a month for someone to come out and measure the existing fence line, which anyone can do. They say a quote will be emailed shortly after, but it never comes. Come on, it's not brain surgery, we're not quoting a pool. I should have a solid estimate on the spot, or at least within 24 hours. It's been one month, and several days, but no quote. I refuse to start calling to chase this down. Plus they don't take out the old footings, and they install

First off my family's need of our new fence came at the worst time, 0140 Christmas Eve thanks to all the rain and then the combination of our 13yr old weakened fence with high winds took it down. On time, arrived promptly at 7:30 AM as promised! Work crew got right to it, and were very professional and helpful with a few suggestions on some electrical I had on the property. They didn't just rip things out, but actually thought out how to accommodate some low voltage lighting and irrigation that potentially could have been problematic. They got the job done very quickly considering how much work they had to be done on a very hot day. Thanks again for doing such a tremendous job, highly recommend Mesa Fence Co. Over our many years on earth, we have put in a lot of fence. Without a doubt, the recent 1,400 feet of white vinyl fence Mesa installed at our new place is the best fence job I have ever seen!
Everything is perfect down to each latch.
Call them! You will not regret it. They had the best price by a mile.

I called them for an estimate 6 months ago. Left several messages and never got a return call. Figured they were experiencing a busy work load. Tried again last week and got a scheduled estimate for the following Monday. Never showed up and never contact me. Can't review them on their work as they, for whatever reason, don't feel like they need my business. Have to find someone else that respects their customers enough to actually follow through.
