At Rescue Restoration, our Water Damage Response services cover damage assessment, dry-out, repairs and clean up. From beginning to completion, you can rely on our team to get the job done efficiently. We are also experienced in working with all insurance companies and our team can help guide you through your claim!
In the photo above, a musty odor from under the sink led our team to the discovery of mold hiding under the dishwasher. The original water leak and subsequent mold growth caused damage to the flooring and sub floor. They responded quickly, did quality work and kept in touch with us effectively during the entire project.
I can smell a mildew smell but don't see mold - how can I find out what is causing the smell?. We recommend that a Mold Air Sample Test be conducted. This test takes a sample of the air from the area in your home that you suspect has mold. During that appointment, our Mold Inspector will also do a visual investigation to determine the potential cause of the odor.

We came home from a vacation to a sewer backup flood! We called Rescue Restoration and they were there within the hour. They immediately went to work to make sure we were SAFE from the many possibilities:}. Robin put a plan in motion to restore the three rooms involved, always confirming plans and schedules. Doug, who did most of the reconstruction, is the kindest, most skilled and knowledgeable person you could ask for!

They responded quickly to our first call. The problem was identified & a game plan was in place on day #1. Clean - careful - thorough - great follow up. At the end they matched the texturing & painting of both the ceilings & walls perfectly. No surprises at all. We would use this company again with no reservations.

Bob with Rescue restoration was an absolute delight to have in our home. His work was thorough and clean. And at the end of the day he made sure I was only paying for what I needed to. Rescue Restoration has done water remediation work for me on three different occasions. These guys are the best at what they do. Their attention to detail and promptness in dealing with emergency situations is second to none. When it comes to rebuilding damaged area, they have a strong knowledge of building systems from framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, air sealing, and mold remediation. I would highly recommend this locally owned company for any work needed to be done on anyones home or business.
