Our realtor and friend recommended Todd Henderson, at Carpet America. My wife and I had just purchased a house and needed laminate flooring installed. Todd was easy to converse with and was very friendly. Todd found our specific brand and color for the install. No problems. On the date of our job the installers, Dave and Anthony, were friendly and courteous. They were very experienced and fast on installation. The flooring looked great. We would highly recommend Carpet America.

This was unfortunate. We sipped there years ago getting exactly what we wanted, installed, and it was great. Now there was one line man there who was slow to approach me. Once he did, he was unable to give me one price, tell me what I needed for a den and a sunroom when I had definite ideas or say anything helpful to make a sale. I was in there to buy. He did say “That’s too expensive,” and “We can’t get that.” Just sad.

Clean up post install 3/5 stars. Floor needed to be cleaned from dust and other small trash. Installers spilled soda on walls and floor which were not cleaned up and denied after.
Customer service post full payment 1/5 stars. There wasn't a final walkthrough post install prior to monies taken. Asked for warranty and care instructions that were to be given to us in a folder told to look it up online post payment.
