I've used St. Matthews Plumbing for several upgrades and repairs. Most recently they installed a new hot water heater in our condo. They always show up when they say they will. They tell you what it's going to cost and they do quality work. They are the only plumbers I will ever call.

St. Matthews Plumbing was recommended by a family member as THE plumber to call. Josh replaced a mechanical vent under our kitchen sink with a loop vent. Now the kitchen sink plumbing is not only up to code, the water flows without backing up when we use the garbage disposal! Josh was great! Called prior to arrival, courteous, knowledgeable, got the job done and even cleaned up! Couldn't be happier with services received by St. Matthews Plumbing!

After my traumatic experience attempting to get my hot water fixed by a few other plumbing companies, to no avail. I was put in contact with St. Matthews Plumbing. They came out the next business day to inspect and were back to install the new heater just days later. The tech, Josh, arrived on time and always called me when he was on his way. He spent the better part of a day installing the new heater and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving. We decided to install a new gas range and had to run a gas line to it. St. Mathews worked together with me to find the safest and easiest route to run 60' of new flexible stainless steel pipe. The work was finished quickly and at a fair price! The crew was careful to wear masks and practice social distancing while working in our home. We highly recommend them!

After doing some research, I decided on St Matthews Plumbing, primarily due to it's consistent 5 star rating on Google reviews (21), Yelp (1), Angie's List (4), and BBB (2). My initial contact was Doug Peacock, its president, who'd responded to my online request for service. He sent Chris out for a free estimate that same day (Monday), then set my appointment for today (Thursday) when I called back after the estimate. I had 4 things I needed/wanted done. Needing a plumber for a stopped up double kitchen sink, I combed the reviews, called people, etc. Its so hard to find reliable, trust worthy people. I called St. Matthew's Plumbing and heard from them first thing in the morning. I spoke with Dan (the owner) and he said he could have someone out between 4 and 6. Yeah!
