I hired Justin for two projects recently.
The first was to redo my fireplace. He pushed the scheduling back about a month, but I could live with that. The fireplace came out very nice, and the two guys doing the work were very professional.
I then began discussing redoing my steps/walkway with Justin. We communicated extensively between January & February 2021, and made an agreement on Feb 17 to start in March. A substantial amount of time was put into this, as I wanted this done early in the season.
For the past 3 weeks he has promised to start the following week. On March 26 he sent a message

Justin and his team did an amazing job. He added a patio to an existing walkway, installed a firepit, and finished off a retaining wall. He is extremely professional and communicated very well throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Northeast Hardscapes and Masonry!

Justin and his team installed a huge patio at my home along with a retaining wall, walkways, and steps on some of the hottest days of the year. From the first moment I spoke with Justin on the phone and the first time we met in person, I knew I wanted him to do the job. He worked within our requirements and our budget to make it happen. He communicated statuses every single day, set expectations and met them, and delivered more than what he said he would.
While the patio that Justin and his team built for us looks beautiful, I’m eager to see how it holds up in the freeze/thaw cycles of winter

This is a review on quote/communication only, work was not done. I called Justin for a quote to get my walkway and stairs redone. I was excited as I saw the online reviews and work the company does via their website which is top notch. Justin came out same day which is great however I truly didn’t know what the cost would be as Justin was my first quote. He assessed the damage and provided me the total to which I backed off as I didn’t think it would be that much. Justin instantly countered back at a more than fair price but it was still a bit out of my budget so I thanked him but said I’d

Professional from start to finish !!!! From the very first time we meet Justin we knew we wanted him for the job. Very responsive to our requests during the estimate and during the job. Justin communicated with us throughout the whole process, keeping us informed on every aspect of the job and time table. We cannot express about how happy we are with the finished product. We even wanted a few changes made mid job and Justin took care of them no problem at all. His work is on time and on the money. No surprises at all.
